Curtis Reed

From what I understand he had an agreement with Clark Co Nevada. When the fed came in and took over and overegulated it, that's when he stopped paying. His agreement was with the State of NV. He has said many times that he would be happy to pay grazing fees to Clark Co, but refuses to give money to the BLM. It looks like the head of the BLM just happens to be Harry Reid's former senior advisor and Reid's son is the attorney who represents ENN which is the Chinese energy giant that wants to build the solar farm. If anyone out there doesn't see that this is blatant government corruption at its finest, then you have your head in the sand.

Lots of people keep saying that Bundy did the wrong thing by not paying the grazing fees... Why would Bundy pay fees to a government that is trying to run him off the land and out of business at the same time? I wouldn't pay it either. The federal government is just "legal" organized crime. No different from the mob. Wanna become a millionaire? Become a politician and cheat your way to the top.

The rancher said he is more than willing to pay the fees, but will only pay Clark County, not the BLM. He stopped paying fees once the federal government took control of the land from what I understand. The reason he is taking a stand is that the federal government has over regulated every other cattle rancher out of business and he is the only one left. This has nothing to do with cattle, or tortoises, and everything to do with liberty, big government and power... It's a story about an American who is standing up to a government that is out of control and way to overreaching. I love it. Keep at it Bundy, don't let them grind you down.

I'm fascinated with stories like this where fed up people stand up to the Federal Government. You can only push a man so far.
