For a SBR form 1 efile wait is about 3-4 weeks. I got mine back in exactly 30 days. A friend at work for it in 24 days.

Assuming there actually is a leak present... before you spend the money to have the gasket replaced, or DIY, get in there and make sure all the bolts are torqued to spec. Some may be loose causing the leak.
