I was up 20â in a small platform tree stand one morning when it was still pitch black and I could hear and feel this dang bat fly past my face about 30 times in a 20 minute time span. I had nowhere to go and couldnât see anything. That sucked. It got within an inch or two every time.

https://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/snw/d/chandler-heights-2006-polaris-ranger/7208127584.html This looks like a clean/low mile option for a hunting rig.

All I know is they are Chinese parts assembled in USA somewhere. I think Texas. I have no first hand knowledge, but I would stay away and buy a used Polaris, Yamaha, Honda or CanAm. If youâre patient and keep looking there are deals out there. https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/garland/profile/atv/bennche-llc-0875-90306831/complaints

You can blame the county attorneyâs policies on that. -

I havenât been up to Aztec Peak in about a decade. The road by Workman Falls has always been a little sketchy... just wondering if anyone knows the condition of it lately?

Nope, that is the overflow (it could be the drain point too?) Hereâs a video for the OP explaining what his problem likely is:
-
The red circle looks like your tie rods. There shouldnât be any fluid on those except for maybe grease in the rubber boots which look pretty trashed. The leak is most likely coming from above that area or is old grease from the boot. Just my guess.

The yellow circle is the fuel overflow line. I think the problem is your carb float is stuck. If that the problem (hard to diagnose just by photo) then try running some Seafoam through the carb by adding it to fuel. Common problem with storing ATV for long periods of time without draining fuel first or adding stabilizer. Take that bolt out. It is designed to drain excess fuel. Easy to rebuild a carb if you need it.
