I know that kidso might have some great call-in tips for ya, looks like he fairs well in that dept.

Fawn works great on hand calls, I like the circe. So I'm sure that would work on the right bear. Good luck

It wad a 6x6 I guess. What a shame for that bull. I just hope he makes a good effort to figure it out. Not always possible , I think this bull was a little south east of Indian flat

My brothers been hunting up there and came across someone who lost on down in the cedars. They also lost one up high on the west side of unit

How old of kill does it look to be?

Is it sold yet by chance?

Hey, I just moved to willcox and have fished there numerous times , caught some decent size bass, easy launch for your boat ... tiny pond , flipping and dropshot work but my big ones came off lipless cranks. The whole lake is shallow, lots grass to fish. But the lake is hit or miss . Try a trap casting into swim area on south end. Good luck

I have a stupid question too I guess... may I put the same hunt number for my first and second choice? And then fill the remaining choices ? How will or does that work?

Would like to know if there's going to be a tournament this year, would love to attend one again. Had a great time. If we do can it be possible for the spring time?

With a good scope and trigger adjustments, its a fantastic rifle, I have one and love it, its got the boss muzzle break on it which helps tremendously. Long range shots have not been an issue with the right goodies put on it

I do wish Tucson bass club nothing but the best of luck in strength in numbers, it brings back great timed and fellowship. I would love to come to a meeting and atleast see what's new or what's to be changed, I think the club is a great thing that all local anglers should support. If you could post some of the insight on throw outs and format I would appreciate it

I was a member for years when they were a more independent club, now your basically a club that piggy backs federation tournaments which is way too far expensive and not the same as far as comradary, wish I was the way it used to be and it still would be the best club in the city, and I would still be a member along with those twenty plus people that left the day I did.

Wow hunter, good to see you made the best out of some hunting time of your own, no one deserves it more... what a stud of a deer ..

Great story. That unit can kick your butt , we have hunted it for a few years now and have had decent success, a buddy of mine had the same hunt and only saw one cow in three days, fortunately he connected. Sounds like you guys really earned and deserved to get one. My brother had the late bull hunt last year and was getting his butt kicked for three days, on the fourth day we ended up connecting on a 350 bull, his best bull to date. Going through heck to finally come on out on top always makes it sweeter. I love hearing stories like the one you have posted, great ending of good carma

i remember reading an article on scopes that are made with the scope reticle hash marks (bullet drop compensators) they did an extensive test on them using the formula the scopes came with on what grain bullet to use on what caliber gun, then it would tell you what range those hash marks would be used at. Included in their test was some of the best ones out there from swarovski to the great priced burris. out of the ten scopes tested the Zeiss scope was hands down the most accurate of all the rest by a long shot, the rapid z reticle remained true to the formula given. Unfortunatley the burris even though well priced was'nt that great in the article placing very low. I know pentax gameseeker makes a dirt cheap quality scope with a bullet drop compensator scope for around a hundred bucks on ebay, not bad for the price with a lifetime warranty. If i was going to put a scope on my gun it would probly be the zeiss rapid z for sure. cant buy an expensive gun and put a two dollar scope on it, if you do you just bought a two dollar gun.
