Here's the info from 2016 990 Total revenue $169,818 Totals Grants $145,430 Management costs $5,154 Advertising expense $11,435 Get your facts right, facts don't have feelings What I saw on their 990 was net assets of 235816 and project expeditures as 90500. Dividing the little number into the big number I came up with total. Let me know if I am wrong. It wont be the first time.

That does not mean I do not do things that help promote hunting in AZ. Last year alone I took three people hunting that have never hunted. I took a couple of wounded warriors antelope archery antelope hunting and I will always go into the most liberal non hunting place and tell them the benefits of hunting to wildlife and free range meat.

I do not need an organization of questionable interest taking tags from one of my friends or neighbors to educate people that hunting is good. AZGFD is not running at deficient. By all means feel free to give them any money you want, though.

So if I am understanding this idea and it gets turned into law it will create a sort of Socioeconomic level to hunting. Where the richest 1 or 2 percent get the best tags and us poor commoners will get to hunt jack rabbits, javelina and they occasional cow elk. If we follow the money line farther the guides that take these new annual tag holders will benefit. The administrators will pad there pockets with high admin fees for these new tags and the only ones that will not, are hunters that have waited there entire lives for a tag that is farther out of reach. Its not the message that have people up in arms, its the messengers. They have an obvious vested interest in taking from the citizens of Arizona and cashing in into what apparently is a Scottsdale address after looking at their board of directors. I have known mafia members and drug runners with more integrity than some of these non profits. Cap the admin fees at say 5% and watch this initiative die.

They are participating in our effort to take this to sportsmen and women and discuss a concept of raising funds for public education through the sale of a limited number of special tags. Through a collaborative effort with all stakeholders we want to try and establish a program which educates the people of Arizona about the importance of professional wildlife management, the support of hunters and anglers and how this is important to wildlife, wildlife management, and wildlife habitat. The Facts from Conserve and Protect Arizona: Conserve and Protect Arizona will not get a dime of this money. Meetings started last week to discuss this concept and more will continue in the future. At this time no legislation is written supporting this concept. This effort is being discussed with the Arizona Game & Fish Department and Commission. Our suggestion is that a managing committee, similar to the Habitat Partnership Committee, be established to administer it. Just a couple of questions Jay Scott and Pete Cimallero will you profit directly or indirectly by having the creation of these elitist tags, either by commission from the sale of these tags or the guiding of hunts on these permits or otherwise? A year or so ago a spokesman for G&F mentioned they had a surplus in funds, what has changed in that time and/or if they have a financial surplus why would you want to deplete a limited resource of the citizens of Arizona(permits), by taking away from the random draw and giving them to highest bidder?

I think we have a lack of water and therefore the habitat for a viable moose population. wallows and bogs

I think the way its worded they could prove intent, simply by proving you have a hunting license. I think with this ban, deer and elk will get bigger and hunting will become hunting again. Not a hybrid form of fishing that many of the trail cam guys practice.
