Got my Strip tag in the mail friday. A leftover at that. Not kidding. 35A 2nd hunt coues deer on the hauchuca strip. That right. I am go9nna make the best of a left over tag on the Southern Strip. Be positive I am saying and am gonna kill a nice deer with no Camerea. 15's are good enough. Make the best of Your hunt and enjoy. I will be 61 and in good shape ,but who knowsw how many hunbt you have left? My Dad will be 97 in a month. Hopefully I can go to 87 I'D be happy if healthy like him .I am just gonna be positive and give it heck. 11 points now and hope the real strip comes while I can still hike. Rite now no problem. I wasa an athelete and still in fairly good shape, hope I can keep going for 20 + years.... Good luk to all on Your hunts.......BOB!

OH! I will rite a story for sure. IT will be a great stripp hunt. I have convinced my selef that this is a trophy hunt and I willl do just that Iwill take Flatlander with me to show him you can killl a grear buck without a camera.....BOB!

Way to go Flatlander. I did the same thing about 20 years ago, I had rescently posted on anther thread. HE did what a good Human should do . Good job. You guys are making Him out to be some hero. He was a good one in His prime when I was i middle school and high school. I can still remember in middle school ,a old big 2 story brick building it would seem like it took forever to get to the 2nd floor and a buddy would allways sing ,By The Time I Got To Phoenix as treadged up the steps. That was about 1968 or 69. Funny how You can relate certain things with old songs.2 years later My Siter moved here and few years later I came to Phoenix from Erie ,PA. Did the song have an influence on Me? I don't know but I'M glad I'M here. Rest in peace Glen. You had a great life.....BOB!

I predict monster bulls. Everything has been right. It all starts last year. There has been plenty of food and moisture winter and spring. This stuff now means nothing for elk....... Biologist BOB!

I once got my spring Turkey tag and there was another one stuck to it . I took over to the adress and gave it to the guy and he didn't even offer me a beer or nothing . I should have kept it except I'm to dang honest. He even got free delivery from Me.This was about 20 years ago, must a been a democrat. LOL.......BOB!

Iv'e allways heard on a bad year Growth can be down 10 to 20%.I think that is on real bad drought year.....BOB!
