I was in Bussiness for the long run. I don't listen to Dave Ramsey. Well I do but He is to Extreme for me. My corp. made the payments . no loss. and extra hunting $ with same budget...Just my way. Ins. has Him covered. Don't feel sorry for Him. He left it Out it will be gone. In the early 90's I had My bow and optics in My new F350 ready to go to 36 C the next morn. in January , and it all got taken. 40 th St and Greenway . Was a nice area back then. I Got it all covered and paid for by ins. He will be fine. Actually You are better off . You will get all new stuff paid for. A few years later had a 1 year old Great Bobcat stolen on a Sunday nite in Northeast High end Scottsdale area . Cops said its Pros. They had reports of 7 pieces of Heavy Machinery stolen Sunday nite and By time it got reported Mon. Morning it was on a Semi and in Cal. or Mexico and will never be found.I actually made out .Got more than I thought for the Bobcat. Pocketed 3 k and got a new one and had the same payment for 3 years.. Just an inconveniance. Doesn't matter where You are or live, when it comes down to professionals. He will be ok in the long run. It just sucks being Violated. Whether He is rich or poor it still is Bullcrap Go get new stuff if You have to hunt.,You will get Your$ back................BOB

Burned My 4 bonus points as I am Getting out of the point game in other States . Deer for 8 days if I hold out and Hold up to the cold. Going Solo to Western Colorado in the Morning. Then 10 points for Elk to burn next year in Wyoming and I'm done Giving States $ for bonus points. unless I like Colo. Never hunted it. We will see .I will keep giving AZ. my money of course. See if I can find a good one......OUT, in the Morning............BOB!

I have the Harris Bipod that extends twice. It says serial # S 25. I lost the little Screw tat tightens up on the bottom after you put it on the Sling. The thing is only about a half inch long and the head of it was smaller than a dime, thats where You would tighten it with that little piece. Any Idea where I could pick one up. I loked on Harris website but don't see parts any where, just Bipods and swivels......Thanks ..............BOB!

I came home after 3 days . Crap unit . I was warned. Didn't feel good lately and was only seeing fork horns ,and thats what everyone said You whould see. Costing Me $350 a day to be there , I just didn't have it in Me .Even bought Onx maps as there were better bucks on private but not worth 6 K plus. . Looking forward to Coues Hunt day after Thanksgiving.Met a nice Guy from Kingman in the field that was 20 years younger, Got his number and we had Supper the other nite. Will see how He makes out. The locals said bout 3 more days they start getting Rutty ,but I just didn't like Unit 70. a Zillion Hunters kinda bummed me out too........Thanks ,Better luck to all on Your Hunts. It6 looked like Orange punpkins everywhere. I glassed some big areas in Nat. Forrest and saw nothin.........BOB!

Any one been to Florida on an Osceolla Hunt? Looking for referrals for next Spring.. I have talked about on here before but don't Remember who went. I think Phil Cramer has done it not sure. Any one else Have any Ideas .let Me know please. I could google em but rather get referrals , Got a buddy in Gainsvlle Fla. I just sent a message to and see if He can come up with some. I have hunted 36c Many many times. I put in as 4th choice after having Kaibab last year and in a hurry or Dimentshia setting in now at 63 I put in wrong # and drew 36a late November into early December hunt. I have never hunted it or been there in My 42 years of living here. At least I only spent 2 points on it. Bought a topo of the whole unit at Wide World of maps. Been looking at old posts etc. I here some gates are locked Was told to go out of Arivaca and told of a Mtn. range to hunt but I need to know where to go in and what roads to take without going the long way or wasting time ETC. I will hunt as long as it takes and was thinking if Solo I might stay at the RV park in Arivaca. is that do able? or worth it. Or if some one has the same Hunt if I could camp with You guys and then go hunt on My own. Just for safety reasons. I would Love to hear from anyone with info Thanks Bob! 602 422 0353

I lived in Flagler Beach in winter of 1978 , But don't know anybody there pobably, And met My wife in Daytona Beach in Spring of 78 .I would like to spend some time down there and do know people in several dfferent cities there. only 1 is looking into it for me. He doesn't hunt but is into shooting and He thinks He might know some People that can Help Me. My only living Aunt and Uncle winter down there too. Lottsa people to visit. . Kevin, It is so easy it almost isn't fun in Wyoming.You pick thru hundreds a day .Allmost like hunting Rabbits. I have a Buddy in Casper and He has shot at least 1 every Year since He was like 12 ,and He's over 60 years old .He just goes out and shoot one and comes home. ........BOB!

No Turkey for Me I guess. One of the rare years that I haven't got one. Thats okay, Going to Florida and finish My Royal Slam. All 5 Bird species from North America. I used Duwane on My Kaibab hunt last Year and what treat. Even to a 45 year Hunter. I happened to be one of the 3 Guys plus Him sleeping in a Huge tent with a big Stove to keep in warm in there. The other Guy was a Buddy of His of several years a very nice older Fella that was in charge of cutting wood for all 5 or 6 tents He had there. Between the 2 I heard some great stories from over the Years. What a treat it was. Had Him autograph His Kaibab book He wrote To My DAD that was 98 and passed away this Spring. Just a genuine careing and knowledgable Human..............BOB!
