I worked for General Electric right out of High School in 1974 Building Subway cars and the Diesel Locomotives. Union Job in Erie, PA. Was over 12k Employees there. Today there are none. They built a non Union plant in Texas and You know the rest of the Story. I didn't see much of an advantage being Union.It was dirty, noisy ,You couldn't hear 2 feet in front of you. Quit in Sept .of 77 and moved here. Couldn't see myselfworking in a factory for 45+ years. If You really screwed up nothing the union could do to save Your But. So I say most are bad ,Some good . When they formed in the 40's and 50's they were neccasary then I think....Happy Labor day all..........................BOB

Retired now But being in the buss most of My life , There is a difference , Landscaper is a contractor and designer or Architect that Half are no good at designing. Then what alot of people call a landscaper who is a maintenance guy and thinks He can do installations , but doesn't know anything either. Depends on if You want a professional or a Hack.Check out references and some of there work too ,if you want a good job. Back when My Son played Club Ball years ago He got to play on Lutes Court. I felt honored to watch Him play there. I don't think He realized He was playing on a Legends court. He now lives in ILL. I will have to ask Him if He remembers. I do like it was Yesterday. Even as a die Sun Devil fan with 2 Kids Graduated from there I watched every U of A game I could when Lute was there....................BOB!

NBA players decided to boycott tonights playoff games over the shooting of the Black Guy in Wisconson. I say NBA shut the season down and don't pay em for the playoffs. Nobody watching anyway . Viewership down from 20 to 40 % depending on the network. I am a Basketball nut and I know I havn't watched it. And won't either!................BOB!

I had Suns season tickets back at the Mad House on McDowell ,and about 5 years in the new arena. Wouldn't pay them prices any more. Haven't been to a Suns game in 18-20 years now and won't..................BOB!
