There is a campground North of Kings Anvil just a bit on the east side of the road if You want showers and safety. Don't remember the name ,stayed there about 6 years ago...........BOB!

Predators is the main problem, along with to many tags. They all like to put the drought at the top of the list but us desert dwellers know how to survive in the elements including the Animals. The lions wait at the few water holes is the problem in the desert..........BOB!

I have Minox in ten's and 15's and love them both. Had the 15's for about 10 years and Can find anything My buddies find with there Swaros. And they don't fit My narrow eyes ( Swaros). I bought a 700 dollar Vortex scope for My new 300 win Mag last year and not crazy about it. My buddies said they have the best warranty on the market. So I bought it , I am not much of a researcher. They are a hot Item because of their warranty, but if the chit aint no good to begin with what difference does it make. I had a pair of Doctor 15's for 11 years before the Minox and they were fine too. Havn't spent much time with the new Vortex scope but I will this year ,so we shall see. If I don't like it , it will be on here for sale. Of course the Swaros are a bit clearer and they should be for 2k more. Just My 2cents, thanks............BOB!

Huntharder, if You were reffering to Me by chance Iv'e only been a non res for 3 years. Aint gonna give in that far into the game. I got a Favorite unit and I will hunt it. At My age I will probly never get a early bull tag again, at least well I can still get around. Plus IVe had one and theres nothin else like it . As far as Guides there are only a handfull I would consider and I know them. Plan on having the time of My Life when I get My tag......................BOB

Desert Bull, I agree. There is alotta States making $ off just points. Wyoming especially. And I am one of them that does it. $125 a year on Deer,Ant. and Elk points. Lottsa people just stacking em up till they are ready to go. Cashed in My Antelope points this year. (6) We shall see if it is worth it.............BOB!

No , I allways have hope. Its just like Hunt that is going bad ,a good animal can pop up anytime. In 96 I drew a early rifle Bull tag in unit 1 with only 3 points and only 2nd year of trying. They are making Me wait this time tho...............BOB!
