Its hard to tell what he might score from the pictures but what I can tell u is if those date stamps on the pictures are correct....then he looks mighty good for the end of June. If the dates are correct he'll still have a little bit of growing left to do which makes it hard to determine what his final score may be. Ill go out on a limb here and give a very conservative score of what I think he might end up. Having good fronts/backs and about average 3rds from the looks of the picture, plus the velvet that makes his mass look bigger, I say he will be at LEAST a 365 bull. What I look for in a bull is: good fronts (brow tines) that curl upwards with good length. Backs ("whale tail") with his 5th point being close to the same height as his 4ths. Good width/mass and main beam length. When they have all that I would undoubtedly shoot! From the looks of the pictures that bull has it all! Once again awesome bull and if u have a tag sniper I wish u luck on getting that bull on the ground!

Not only do u possess the skills needed to kill bears, it looks like u know how to cook them too! That looks really good! Congrats on your recent success!

What did your trousers look like when u got that sd card home and saw the pictures of that bull? Awesome bull!

Great topic! I too have seen all these new topics and questions posted about where to hunt. By the looks of it there's a bunch of democrats wanting free handouts! No offense intended but the best way to find the "good spots" is to get out there, boots on the ground, and find it yourself!

Need help or advise!? Looking for new scope
prowlerMan replied to kyle44k's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
With a ffp scope the reticle will grow with the scope when u zoom in. Also when u sight in the ffp scope your poi (point of impact) will be the same no matter what magnification setting u have the scope on. On a sfp scope the reticle will stay the same size when u zoom the scope in. When sighting in a sfp scope whatever magnification u have the scope set to when sighting in will be your true zero. If u change the magnification from where u sighted it in at it will change your poi a little. -
What a slap in the face! Lol. Hopefully u can slap an arrow in that bear!

I've heard of it too. Deer, bear mountain lion all roped. There's a old man which I know who has done it all. He even had a mountain lion as a pet. There is a particular person on this forum that is his grandson. If he sees this post feel free to share a story or two.

Hunting Vanity Plates

Here ya go. Go ahead and make fun of me! I'm well aware my vision isn't the best! -
Summit viper tree stands! Very easy to use and super comfy to sit in for long periods of time. I would recommend a 20 ft up safety harness system too. The 20' up system is a very fast climbing rig without having to stop & adjust your harness every couple feet up.

I think they forget this is Arizona. I'm looking forward to hearing what happens to them if they show up there

I don't think they were cut. Couldnt see any marks on them that a blade would leave but I'm not a forensic scientist either. Here's a closer look.

Found this while turkey hunting this year.

That's a good bull! I like the pic of him on the top of the hill with the light hitting his antlers!

Just heard word of a forest fire starting up to the south of Honda resort & casino near pinetop. Can anyone up there confirm this?
-
I hope they can get it under control fast! Heard there was 2 separate fires. One near bootleg lake and the other near white river?

Thanks for posting that

Hey guys I am considering purchasing a rifle chambered in 260 Remington and am looking for opinions on it (good or bad). It would be used solely for coues hunting. I am totally new and not familiar with the round and had a couple questions: 1st being reloading, is it easy to reload?.....is it hard to find components for it? 2nd question is it capable of making a clean kill at 400-500 yards.... or beyond? 3rd question is how is its recoil compared to a .243? I appreciate any comments on this!

Thankyou again 308nut!

Thank you everyone for taking the time to respond, your knowledge is very helpful! Sorry i forgot to mention the gun is a savage model 11/111. I do not own any savage guns so any feedback on them would be appreciated too.
