I have a ox and the outdoorsmans. I prefer the outdoorsmans over the ox. It just fits me better and is 2 pounds lighter than the ox. The metal frame sides of the ox produce a lot of noise ("tings") going through brush.

Ya....mr heaters are good....til they catch on fire! Had mine for about 4 years til one night before bed we were sitting there and poof! Lucky for us I had a beer in hand and knew just what to do! Glad I wasn't sleeping when it happened! Burned a couple small holes in the bottom of the tent from melting plastic. My recommendation...get a warm sleeping bag!

Millers is right by u and I know you've taken stuff there before. Did something happen or are u just looking for another place to take meat to while you're up north for elk? If so..... I believe I saw a millers truck at the forest lakes area while coming back through during the early elk hunt. Don't know if they'll have it up there during the later hunts but might want to call and ask them about being in that area during your hunts time frame?

Ya...didn't really work out. Too much hair in the wrong places! Had to white out the bottom half of her pic cause of excess hair in that area. Put it this way....flossing was a bit excessive. Just for giggles....google the definition of blumpkin
