My daughter and son had a hunt in 29 this past weekend. We were hunting the East end of the unit. Boarder Patrol was out in force but we never did see any illegals or drug mules. We did find several locations where they had been camping out. My wife and youngest Daughter stayed at camp the whole time and didn't notice anything. However, I did notice alot of vehicle traffic passing our camp between the hours of 1:00am and 4:00am. You can only guess whoe was in those vehicles. I am taking my son back this afternoon to finish his hunt. I will let you know if I notice anything else.

These are the some of the sheds we found in Sept. and Oct. We found 13 during my coues hunt last week but had to leave some in the field. The last pic is of my Daughter and I on the last day of my 27 hunt. We glassed up plenty of deer. Only eight were bucks. Three in the mid 90's and one was pushing 100. Decided not to shoot on this hunt unless it was bigger than 105 I have on the wall. We will be going back to pick up the ones we had to leave.

Congrats on a beautiful buck. I was hunting in 27 as well. Passed on 8 different bucks. One was pushing the 100 mark but decided not to shoot unless it was bigger than the 105 I have on the wall(boy was that hard). Heading to 29 on Thursday for my daughter and son's hunt.
