Why are they so small?

I'm looking to upgrade my savage model 16 300WSM. I haven't had much luck finding a wide verity of stocks out there. Almost everything I have seen is for bottom metal, I have a blind mag. I did find a bell and Carlson $400 with bottom metal that claims I can convert from a blind, but I'm not so sure it will work. I don't like the color, but I'm assuming I can just repaint it. Any thoughts if this will work or is worth it? Any other options I should be looking at?

I have the big RTIC. Shoulda have saved my money. The lid doesn't sit square anymore and one of the feet pads tore off the first time I used it. My 3 yetis hold ice for a week. My RTIC maybe 3 to 4 days.

I don't mind cause they push animals in further to me for the most part, unless they are driving slow and not in a side by side. If i was driving during legal light and had an opportunity i would take it, but its not the way i hunt.

True, that's why I said if he knew they were there. I walked into a situation 6 years ago me and another hunter were chasing the same bull. He was able to get my attention before i moved in and ruined his opportunity. I never knew he was there.

Made until the last morning. Left hip took a dump. Great hunt and I ended up losing 25 pounds along the way. Once I recover I should be feeling a lot better and even more prepared for the next hunt.
