No kidding. Within the last month the guy across the streets oil filter was aboutbto completely come off when he got home. Made a mess. Couple days later ran into a guy at auto zone that went through the same thing.

I think I'm going to order some, but I'm about 100 miles over now and headed south Monday. Unless I can get some by tomorrow I'm going to use the euro stuff.

Having some fun today too. New light bar and lights!

Ruling came from a judge in CA. Can't be surprised by that. Heard some rumors from the Alpine locals, (Dink, RIP) that a breeding pair of those Canadians got turned loose up there. Wouldn't understand why, but you gotta love gossip. And Dink. While I don't always wear my tinfoil hat, I have seen some HUGE wolf tracks in 1 and 27.

Just so I could thumbs that up twice.

I've been having problems finding mud terrain. I needed a set of 35's and discount ordered the wrong ones. I'm making the switch to 37's on my ram when my BFG AT's wear down on my ram. Hopefully I can find them when the time comes.

That looks like a great time. I haven't got to do something like that in a while.

Better idea. Keep people from moving here and buying tags and don't offer non resident hunts. No putting in for your brother's girlsfriends aunt to transfer tags.

Start new guide service or guide for an outfit?

I love to do a lot of stuff. I don't want to make it my job though. Turning a passion into a paycheck might not be as fun at the end if the day. The above advice seems spot on. -
I've always had best luck at first light, and about 10. I have only seen them once in the afternoon. Didn't see squat this year on the archery hunt. I only got to go out 2 days though.

I'll be heading to a jobsite on a mine in Southern AZ and I'm trying to get everything needed. The guys I've been talking to down there aren't really sure on everything. Theybare more office types. Here is a list of what I think I need Inspection. Will be done at the mine when I get there. Flag, 10 ft from the ground? Lighted? Wheel chocks. 5 lb extinguisher. First aid kit. Strobe, but what color? Lights wipers breaks etc all work. Any help would be appreciated. I have a small window to aquire everything and an even tighter commissioning schedule.

Thank you to everyone who responded with worthwhile information. I appreciate it. Didn't want my post to go sideways.

No kidding.

This is the campfire. Anyone can ask anything they want. I am not self-employed, doesn't have any relevance. I get sent to where the jobs are on very short notice, so that is why I didn't email months ago. Not qualified? I've been in my trade over 20 years. Name one tradesman that has always known everything and never had to ask a simple question. Go on, I'll wait. Go back and find where I was begging for help. I asked a few questions. This is an attempt to get my ducks in a row before I show up at a job site that will more than likely not have their chit together anyway based on my preliminary conversations with them yesterday. Seeing how that couldn't even tell me with 100% certainty what equipment was required on my truck is a good indication I am correct I can tout all my certs, qualifications, projects I have managed, been a part of too, but that is not the point of my original post. I just asked a few questions as I have not driven a POV on a mine site before. Glad to see that you usually chit on everyone else's threads too. Maybe one day you can quit being a douche every time anyone posts anything.

Small ultra filter system. Could have a grunt drive me around but relying on someone else always gets you screwed. I got stuck on Base at 29 palms a few weeks ago for an extra 6 hours by relying on someone else to drive me around. We bid an Ultra filter. Yes, I am commissioning, and yes, I have done this before. Why does something seem out of wack, and why would I be in over my head?

Already did site specific. 3 hours of virtual training. it was great.

where at in Cali? I drive there quite a bit for work. Might be able to coordinate a drop off if its close enough to one of my job sites.

So, I'm not gaining any knowledge from pictures. If I don't draw anything this year, I should be able to run a few cameras for wildlife viewing. This just simply doesn't make any sense. I only have one cam that I use for camp security.

Don't brag about what gear you are "running".

Need to get my new project re tinted. Anyone here do it?

It's a 95. Got it already setup like that. Looks are deceiving. It's beat, but that's what I wanted it for.

Figures. I just did new upper control arms, ball joints, tie rids, CV's, wheel bearings, and Threw out a PO4030 code a few weeks ago but no drivability issues. Jump forward to today and it's running very rich. More condensation then you'd expect to see from the exhaust. Leves a puddle. Coolant is down and engine oil is up. New oil and filter 200 miles ago. Runs smooth until in gear then acts like its going to stall. Cooling system does not build pressure. I think I know the answer, but throwing a hail Mary anyway. 1996 k1500 350 vortec.

Forgot to add the smoke and water cleared up when I pulled the PCV. It has good vacuum. I cant find out what this is that it's plumbed to. Seems to be seeping.
