I bring a shower curtain. Put the quarters on it and go to work. Shower curtain is light weight and cheap enough to throw out when you get home. I just keep backstrsps and tenderloin separate.

I'm going to do one elk and one pork for Christmas when I'll have a full house. I'm going to do a practice run for thanksgiving since nobody likes turkey. If it turns out good I'll post up a recipe.

i beat the heck out of my gear. all my vortex stuff is still great. never any issues.

Saw some strange stuff too. Saw a huge bull with about 30 cows and a few satellite bulls near big lake last weekend. The cow my wife took the next day was with a herd of about 15 cows a monster bull and a few satellites. They were still bugling and the cows were chirping. In 23 on Saturday saw the same thing.

We've been in 23. Not a thing is moving but elk where our spot is. Not many people out camping. Really hot around 5000 feet. Came home to regroup for a bit. Headed back out Tuesday. That's how it went for us last year too. Not a deer in sight till half way through the hunt.

I had an 06. The trucks are unstoppable. Fuel mileage sucks, but that's to be expected. Car and Driver recently did an article about it. Three way competition between the new Power Wagon, Colorado, and Raptor. Power Wagon won.

Same thing happened with mine, then all the gauges did their own thing. Started having lots of other issues after that.

Do not use PVC! It is not rated for air. Exploding PVC will is not a nice thing to see.
