Mines is 10x10 no Jack but damm. I just mine for almost every trip now. I have not set my 14x16 outfitter tent since. It’s about 5 mins to set up. The buddy heater worka great

Ya. But from what I’ve seen most dairy’s allow hunters as long as you smile wave be polite and pick up your shells and clean your birds else where no one will ever ask if you have “permission” -

Sadly, yes it was closed but a friend of a friends daughter plays volley ball with the daughter of an owner!! True story had to take extreme measures because no one else invited me!! -
