In the last two weekends I've been on mule deer and coues bucks. Neither indicated the rut was near.

they attach to the eye cup. They are made by SwarovskiThey replace the entire twist out. They also make your glasses fog up like crazy IMO. the ones I posted do not replace the twist out parts. If you check them out they have pictures in the link I posted Roger that. Those are different then the ones I had that replaced the whole twist out. who makes them? They should sound worth checking out.

Recommended Books for Reloading
oz31p replied to Basser15's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
The Lee reloading manual has a good break down of what your doing how to do it and why. Figure out the brand of equipment you plan on using and get the manual they make. -
I could do better if I saw it in person. But I'd guess 117ish

no. But I'm too stubborn to stop trying.

Ideas on conserving our game.
oz31p replied to coues32's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
our little group seems to do pretty well season in season out. We also hunt or at lease put in for every available season in various parts of the state. Even if you had the solution to make Arizona wildlife management a real world perfect system. Unless it's what the state already has planned it will never get implemented. The state will do what they want how they want regardless of how much out cry the hear at their meetings. They don't care. They want more revenue. -

He's normal quick to respond. I'd bet he's hunting or scouting -
Campfire.com has had some really good deal on accessorys the last few day.

Mike Russell does a radio show on ktar, get outdoors. I normally disregard his comments because he strikes me as a complete poser. His comments I heard this morning took me back a bit. He was doing a short segment on Poaching. He stated " everyone has that friend who has said that ear looked like a spike." He followed that up with." Everyone has that friend who always has meat in the freezer but never has trophy pictures". This guy claim to be an outdoorsman but continues unfounded stereotypes on a radio show. As if the American hunter doesn't have an image problem already. Am I the only avid outdoorsman who doesn't have these kind of friends, or are we all a bunch of casual poachers.

I do the same plus I soak it in the bath tub.

Any hunting items are good. Just so long as you sell me the winning ticket.

I became quite familiar with the term during my time in the army.

300 Wm is pretty forgiving. I'm sure 7828 will do fine

I've loaded extensively in 300 win mag. But not with that powder. That said. I've loaded 3 grains below the min with h1000. With no I'll effects. Accurate took a dive but that's it. I've loaded 150g 168g 180g and 200g projectiles. All have achieved the greatest consistency at min or slightly above min. The farther from the min I've gotten the larger my groups.

I love these guns. If I didn't already have one I'd be all over it. Great late season elk rifle. Or for the recoil sensitive.
