    Slick trick for Bison?

In no particular order Cutthroats Magnus stingers Dirt nap woodsman jager Northern Steel force That’s just a few reasonably price ones. Slick tricks are my favorite fixed blade broad head, it’s on even on my list for buffalo. I’ve never shot a buffalo but I would not want probably ok.

    Slick trick for Bison?

And/or when you vent the chest cavity the lungs collapse. If it were me I’d be shooting 70plus lbs 500+grains with a 3to1 style 125plus grain broad head. 3 blade or 2 but long and skinny. How heavy is your total arrow now? What are all the specs of your set up.

    Slick trick for Bison?

I think it’s risky to use archery equipment that set up for deer on a buffalo.

    Finding "pockety deer"

There are a lot of places in 23 that hold coues but they don’t leave heavy trails. Some of the areas you can’t walk. It’s all crawling on your hands and knees and your only going to cover a fraction of it. Glassling these type areas is very efficient. In a thick canopy glassing provides very little and you must walk it. There’s no one style that’s going to cover every thing.

Thoughts on use of point guard

I say use it any way that’s legal. I used point guard last year for deer. I drew a late 35b coues but I kill a big mule deer in aug.

    Doublers

Nope. I backpack hunt a ton. Very seldom do I need a spotter at all. If I can’t see what I’m looking at with the 12’s I’m too far away to kill it any way.

    This Doesn't Seem Right

Rugers don’t stocks don’t sit in a cradle like a 700 or 70. The front screw is in a wedge. 95in lbs is only 7ftlbs. The standard torque for that screw is 105 in lbs. so the screw will take it.
