If we had 300 people writing emails and calling that was probably a very high number to the politicians. They are used to seeing one or two lobbyists and their sponsors. Either way I am grateful for all of the people who got active on this subject even if they do nothing else until the next crisis. I was involved in throwing Taulman out years ago and people from all over got active and helped us to save our state from the greedy pigs. Yes we need more people to get involved and help on projects but any help is better than no help.

BS. He is going to keep on keepin' on just like always. He never once threatened to do Obama in or asked anyone else to. In a court of law the gubmint has to prove exact intent which they can't. If it was you or I they could probably ruin us with legal fees but he has plenty of cash to defend himself. As far as the CIA or SS executing him that will be a fun one to watch.

I am sure they will visit the New Black Panthers for putting a bounty on a man before he is convicted then they will visit old Ted.

I like the idea of the new group and would be at the project on the 28th if it wasn't for my turkey hunt. Keep us informed and we will see if we can get more people involved. I have worked projects with G&F in the past but not for a few years. As far as some house bill telling people they can't bully ADA or AZSFW that one is a laugh. The day we can't get riled up to stop a bunch of thieves from raiding the henhouse is the day I will gladly take a dirt nap. This ain't France yet.

So we are all nazis now and don't understand anything about the wonderful people who just conspired to screw every hunter in this state. You guys just don't give up. I read every word of the Grand Canyon Wilderness intitiative and it scared the crap out of me. I wrote every politician I could think of and hope we get a new president before they get that one through. Bottom line is AZSFW and their supporters have hit the tripwire and no issue is going to allow them to get away fast enough from the turdbomb. You did what you had to do and now the rest of us will do what we think is right. It seems that every one of your people seems to think that HB2072 was a great idea just handled the wrong way. I think it was the single biggest threat to family hunting we have ever seen. Only 5% of Americans even care about hunting today. You have just divided that 5% so good work there. I am sure G&F is looking forward to working with you.

Anytime BPJ and Don Martin start ringing the alarm bell you can bet it is another diversion attempt. I call BS on this issue and it is coming straight from AZSFW to their plants to ring the alarm. The hippies, the wolves, the democrats. None of them are as big a threat to our hunting future as AZSFW and the Hamberlin types.

Now we know Don is Snort. Nice try on the GC national monument deal. We need to focus on getting rid of the law for the appointment board and getting rid of AZSFW before we mess with the hippies. They have been screaming about the uranium mines for years now. We all know you and Weiers are best buddies Don and you never really came out against HB2072 for the MSC so you touting anyone is suspect. You said the same things about Jerry Weiers and he has been the politician AZSFW used in every attempt to take control of our wildlife system. Your buddies are not my kind of people.

I wrote a couple of members of the committee to lay out AZSFW and what SFW had done in Utah through the political process. I asked them to become aware of HB2072 and the risk of allowing a special interest group to dominate the recommendation board. At least they can be aware of our concerns.

Better write all of the senators on the committee and fill them in on what AZSFW is and what they tried to do. Might work to get a couple of committee members to ask about any know past or present affiliation with AZSFW or it's members. I am sure most of the committee has no idea that they could be involved in manipulation.

I got a response from the reporter that handles the Governor's desk/state politics. She asked for a phone interview tomorrow which I agreed to do. I wrote and told them of the bill, Wiers contributions, the Governor as Honorary Chairman of the banquet and just how the Commission and 90% of Arizona sportsmen feel about selling our public resource to a special interest group. Better expose their influence over the selection of Commissioners or they will find a way to gain control of G&F next. This organization needs to be wiped out like a pack of coyotes.

I told her Pete had sworn that the AZSFW would never go for the tag grab six years ago so he is not to be trusted and we were pursuing every angle to protect the future of hunting in AZ from these people.

Crystal just wrote me back and asked how I knew that AZSFW was dropping the effort to pass this legislation. Hope she doesn't know something we don't.

Nice try Pete. I will never let your groups up for air on this subject. The media, the politicians and hopefully what members you have left are going to hype this into the next legislative session. You lied to the groups at the start when you stood up and swore that the AZSFW would never push for tags like the Utah group. This was a slam on every hunter in our state and I for one will never forgive AZSFW for what you have done. Have a nice day.

Just saw the Channel 3 interview and Weyers. What a phony bag of crap he is. Think he is running for Mayor of Glendale? He is now fighting the bill yet said it needs a lot of work? Good job guys and I hope they interview Brewer next. We are just starting with the first volley.

I have a feeling that the rock will be lifted soon and the sunlight will hit these cockroaches. I don't think Jan Brewer or any other politician will like the media exposure they have coming.

To be honest I fear these guys a lot more than any hippie I have run into. These guys are out to fundamentally change game management in our state and to circumvent our Game and Fish people. I do think if they get this forced through we will turn to the public interst groups for a class action lawsuit where the legislature will have to defend their position. Not defensible IMO and would certainly be able to force full transparency which is the last thing these people want.

Got it. I just have not heard one person in any meeting talk about the existing tags. Now explain why you never ran this by the websites or your members before getting Weiers to introduce it as emergency legislation. That will help your case if you have one. Thanks.

Better buy a 30 pack. Gonna be a long wait. Shortjohnson-if this is such a great deal for all of us regular people why would your group not have had open discussions with all of us to sell the idea? That is the fundamental problem your group is facing. Kind of hard to explain right?
