I will be looking for a bull that didn't die of thirst. Every waterhole in my unit is dry now so hope the rain helped a bit.
-
I am going to take Red hunting on my fall archery bull elk hunt. Should be good for some laughs and he is big enough to carry a load.
-
You are entertaining.
-
You checking every forum now for anyone posting against your employer? What name have you used on the other forums? I need to do some oppo research.
-
You just love the smell of politics in the morning. How do you know who I emailed? Did Pete tell you after he finished with Davis? You just got on here a couple of weeks ago and have 173 posts. You ever leave your Mom's basement?
-
I read your post yesterday and no reason at all to start manipulating posts to reach some goal whatever that might be. That is called FAKE NEWS.
-
What's wrong with someone who hunts but does not belong to a group? That would be 90% of people who hunt in Arizona. They don't matter? Maybe just all guides and outfitters would be better. All of us have a commitment to conservation or we wouldn't buy full tables at the fundraisers or volunteer for G&F projects or buy the raffle tickets you are always hocking. That is the very reason people don't join the groups. They discount other hunter's value in the process. You people need to educate yourselves before you can educate the public.

Might want to get a two bank Dual Pro or at least a good quality boat battery charger. You wire it up to both batteries and plug it in and leave it. They will not overcharge and it will always be ready to go.

It means you are a paid political hack? -
Go to the G&F webpage and scroll to the writing at the bottom. Click on Commission and it gives a contact click for every commissioner.
-
Well, they can kiss my white a$$.
-
Everyone on here needs to write all five commissioners recommending Andrew Gillette from Gilbert, AZ for the new committee. At least we will have one honest CWT member to represent the hunters in Arizona who are against gambling as a method of raising money for the cause. Flatlander would do the job for us. If Nefarious Red is on the committee I will know 100% that Pete and Don Peay have this program wired just like Utah.
-
Red, show me some photos of you with animals you have harvested. You show up at the CPAZ meeting with photos of you infiltrating HSUS which was good. After that you show up here preaching the gospel of tag grabbers. Next time I see you you are all cleaned up and pitching tags to the Commission. Why are you involved? Show us your handle on other hunting sites you frequent. My bet is you are working for Don Peay just like old Petey.
-
Red- they are not going to give more tags to the various groups to raffle and auction? Just G&F will produce additional tags for the Big Game Super Raffle. Good to know.
-
If they get tags they will eventually be abused unless the Governor or legislature controls the process. I am all for the Heritage stamp idea. It would raise far more money for education and would be a permanent funding source for G&F. $5 is not too much to ask.
-
Watch the new committee for familiar names. If they are following the Don Peay rules they already have a commissioner or two in their pockets and will get some of the old SFW people on the committee. It is all politics from here on out.
-
The deal is done. Davis is a plant and just knocked out the idea of using a Heritage stamp so how else will this illustrious committee get money? Whoring tags. I will bet you now that Pete and Nefarious are on the committee and good bonus checks are coming from Don Peay. Welcome to Utah.

Reminder: Trail cam meeting/webcast tonight at main G&F office

I think if you have a tag in your pocket it will be a problem if there is a camera out. Have no idea how they would know it was your camera. Should be interesting if they decide to do this. -

They can definitely help to get a decent animal. Last fall my buddy had a couple on all of the water where I have hunted for the last 40 years. One water hole had some nice bulls coming in just before dark so he hunted there and killed a 7x6 the first night and his son killed a 6x6 the second night. They help you narrow down the areas to focus on. I finally drew a bull tag for same unit so hope he can help me out with cameras but if not then I will do what I have always done. Hunting is not competitive for most of us. -

You just don't get the point. Giving tags will lead to more tags and abuse. If we approve a heritage stamp it is clean and no one is making money for their businesses off the deal. Why not support that? Might it be because outfitters want tags for their clients? I don't want to buy raffle or auction tags as it will lead to the Utah model which is corrupt. -

G&F really can't do squat to stop the assault. They are legally bound to stay out of politics. I think the new group figures a bunch of money to advertise to non hunters will do the trick. If that is the case then a heritage stamp would solve those needs forever. I really don't buy that money will persuade the 95% of people who do not hunt to take our side but I would pay an extra $5 a year to find out. If that was really what this was all about the new group should be in favor of the heritage stamp but they just want to get a bunch of tags for their clients IMO. -
The meeting is in Payson at the Mazatzal Hotel Fireside room and starts at 8:00. The agenda shows only one reference to tags for all groups in item #27. Nothing specific to the new group or new tags for fundraising. That item is scheduled for after 2:00. I thought this one was to be in Mesa? Anyway that is the scoop so show up if you can.

Arizona foam, H&R Fabrics or Just Foam. They have a lot of different densities to choose from.

I see the red man is here fighting for his masters again. I remember when Pete was hired by Don Peay. After the last tag grab failure and the mess in Alaska they suddenly said there was no financial connection between AZSFW and SFW. Really? You are just a plant by Pete and you know it. You talk about honor yet admitted to me that you posed as a journalist to befriend the HSUS top people and got all of their personal info. You certainly picked the right handle on here nefarious. I read an article from Alaska where Peay was bragging about getting "his" people to control G&F there. You can bet that has already started here. Show up at the June meeting and send RedPeter packing--again. -

Google SFW Alaska and Corey Rossi. He was the original founder of SFW Alaska with Don Peay. He was appointed to a top level position over the management of wildlife by political hacks including Sarah Palin. Later he was charged with 12 counts of poaching brown bear for wealthy clients. They used politics and money to bastardize the G&F in Alaska. If Pete was the original founder here in AZ why would we trust anything he says? SFW uses politics to get their people planted in the G&F department then they can have what they want. I don't think Arizona hunters are for that kind of strategy.
