No draw for me! Congrats to those that did draw. Will have to see what is available for left overs.

I shot all the above bows and ended up with an Answer. Shot my first Elite in 08. IMO the Answer is their best bow to date. -
Way to go, nice buck!

Very nice buck, congrats!

Whale- what rest is it? don't worry about cock vane being up, worry about the fletching clearing your rest and cables. Most of the time the cock vane will need to be at 11 or 1'oclock for clearance. What is your setup? bow, vanes, rest etc.

I too think that brushing the blind in is the key. Ifat all possible you want to do it a few weeks in advance, but I have also lost 3 blinds so far one was before the season started and 2 were in the middle of the season. I have also had success tucking myself in a cedar tree and using one of those Gorilla portable seats that you strap on a tree, it is tough if you are using a bow to get to full draw without getting busted though. I use the same seat to stand on if I use a tree saddle.

Kevin was the original designer and one of the partners that started Bowtech. The only non compete with Elite was that he couldn't use the same cam design. The Strother bows were originally going to have binary cams but Elite filed a lawsuit so he went to a hybrid cam. The Strothers are real nice. I have had been shooting a SR since April and love it, real quiet and fast!

I have heard real good things about the new 3 inch fusions. I plan on trying them soon. Some guys I have talked to say the fobs are pretty noisy. I don't know if that is true but I have heard it several times. Maybe some of these other guys can give their opinions on how they compare.
