Im racist? Im white. I have hired over 300 - 400 white guys and they have all quit except for one. I started a company 15 years ago and every landscaper in the valley had illegal immigrants working for them and still do. The HOA's pay us illegal immigrant wages not lazy white boy wages. Why would a white guy want to come work for $7.00 hour in the intense heat trimming trees or mowing grass all day when he can make $10.00/ hour at Wal Mart being a door greater. These illegals arent busting their butts for nothing, they are improving their life and feeding there families in Mexico where they only make $.50 cent / hour. How many of you guys on here no the process of obtaining a Visa to work in America. Probably not much. The process usually takes 5 -10 years. Do you think they are going to wait, heck no. I understand there are some worthless illegals out there and allot of them that want to use our hard earned taxed dollars and ride on the governments tit and I agree they need to do something about it. My question why punish the business owner the one that creates jobs and revenue for the state when the Government is the one that created this problem. When I started my company it wasnt a big deal to hire illegals, now it is. How do I tell my associations hey your $1,000.00 month landscape contract is now gonna be $5,000.00 month because I had to hire white guys, oh and by the way they arent very hard workers and they complain allot. I would loose the account. And they would hire the next company that has illegals. Your question??? "If you can't turn a profit by running a LEGAL business then I think it's time you re-think your business plan and possibly your country of citizenship. How is that fair to those who run legit businesses?? My answer:: I make a great living and so do most landscapers. If I was running a restaurant it wouldnt be a problem but its landscaping. I think you all might be suprised on how many restaurants (Outback steakhouse, Olive Garden, McDonalds etc that hire illegals). Your food you ate today was probably prepared by illegal at some point. Your question: By the way.....if you are only paying $7.00 / hr you're breaking the minimum wage law too. Too cheap to spare the extra $0.25 per hour? Answer: I actually start my guys at $8.00 / hour. And its not im to cheap its you the homeowners in the HOA's that expect to pay so little and cry when your dues are raised. Your Question:Yeah, so you are innocent in the whole deal right? Pay a decent wage, you won't have to hire criminals. My Answer: Now thats a pretty Racist comment. My workers arent criminals. Im innocent Im just trying to make a living so I can hunt more than 1 day a year like you. Go to your HOA and say you want to pay your landscapers an additional $20.00 month so I can pay them your decent wage you suggest. Are u dumb. They are illegals they are tickled to death to make $7.00-$8.00 hour. They make pennies in Mexico. Dont complain when all the prices in AZ go up. Your statement: THESE STATEMENTS ABOVE REALLY BURN ME UP! I could run a small company with 2 or 3 white guys and be a broke butt all my life and complain about it but I dont. Drywall is allot different then landscape, I promise I have done both. Seriously lets see how many employees I can get off of CWT.COM maybe it will work better then Craigslist. NOW HIIRING ONLY WHITE GUYS for landscaping in the West Valley that know how to work. Must be able to work in 120 degree plus tempatures for 8-10 hours a day. I m starting all white guys off at $10.00 per hour. Overtime is greatly appreciated. I need 30 employees, please help me fill the spots so Sheriff Joe doesnt close me down.

Go after the business men that hire these guys? Are you crazy. Show me one white guy that will work in 120 degree plus weather and have a smile on his face for $7.00 / hour. Not you!!! If so call me, I bet you wont last 2 hours. How about giving us business owners a chance to legitly hire these good working guys with out sending them back every 6 months for another group. If we dont hire illegals everything goes up including your HOA fees. The point is Illegal Immigrants will work harder than most white men for cheaper. Illegals will also do most jobs that white guys dont want. Please prove me wrong I am hiring at $7.00/ hr you can start tomorrow.
