I have been wanting a cwt hat for 3 months now, I wanted to buy a cwt hat but I guess I will have to buy something else.

I was in unit 22 yesterday and saw a bunch of cows but no bulls with any of them and only a few bugels.

Awesome video,thanks for sharing!

I agree one of the best mounts I have seen!

I put one of my cam's on a new spot and I like the results I got the very next day! After the third day an Elk decided it didn't like having it's picture taken so it re-arranged my cam to where it was facing the tree so I missed out on more pics, oh well!

Does this help at all!

Thanks for sharing your pics and hopefully we will see some rutting bulls soon!

So I have seen this bull grow up over the last 4 years and I was wondering if he had offspring would they have antlers similar to his or are his just a rare freaky thing that happened to him only?

I am not sure why you named him Mongo but I have a name for him Grizz Lee

I got a rebel as well where did you get your lens at and how much. If I remember correctly it was on-line at Adorama and it was $1,200. You can buy a cheaper lens like a Sigma but I felt it was worth the extra money to have the Canon lens with the image stabelizer built in. -
I bought a new cam and placed it in a new spot and I am really enjoying it! any idea what this is?

I was going through my pics and found this one so I thought I would post on here for fun and a simple challenge. If you see why I posted it wait a few days before you tell us so everyone has a chance to find out! Ok it is time! There is a coyote behind the tree in the center and down at the bottom of the pic!

I bought a new trailcam and put it in a place I have been wanting to put a cam up for a while now and I am happy with what I got in the first week!

I have a Canon rebel xti with the 100-400mm lens. I think it is a great way to go instead of a cheaper lens like sigma. I have never tried the 400mm but I dont like that you can't zoom back if needed you are stuck at 400, I think! As far as shooting something at 600 yds I don't think there is a lens that could really take good pics unless you spend $20,000 or so and I still dont think it would be what you wanted and you wouldn't want to carry it anywhere because of the size. If my subject is within 100 yards I can get some great pics, if it is 100-200 yards it is ok and past 200 yards you can see the animal but the quality is lacking. Maybe we could go out and you could put my 100-400 lense on your camera and see what you think! Hope this helps. Pixman -
I edited the pic but I will say it again here. It is a coyote behind the tree in the center and down at the bottom. So who really found it! Pixman

That is some great video and I enjoyed the coyotes at the end, thanks for sharing!

Sorry the time and date are wrong, it has been fixed now! I would have had more pics but the elk decided to re-arrange my cam and left it upside down facing the tree it was hanging on. The last pic shows when it happened.
