Heck ya congrats. Sounds like a great hunt. Didn't think there was that many bucks in that unit

Good attitude, hopefully next year brings better success. If u were to buy a bow you could right back after them next Friday and hunt them for a month and a half. Also in January the bucks will be moving a lot more and some of those doe u saw will have a buck following them.

Congrats, way to hold out for your buck. Heck of a buck -
Congrats heck of a bull. How many grains of powder were using? I like the less recoil of 100 grains but wonder if its enough for a bull that size.

Oct. 16, 2015 PHOENIX The Arizona Game and Fish Commission unanimously approved extending season dates for two Camp Navajo general antlerless elk hunts during Fridays telephonic meeting in Phoenix. Camp Navajo is a munitions storage and regional training site in Bellemont, 12 miles west of Flagstaff, operated by the Arizona Army National Guard. A recent administrative closure of the 28,442-acre facility, part of Game Management Unit 6B, took place during the existing season dates of Oct. 16-22, 2015. The closure affected 22 hunters who received general antlerless elk permit-tags for hunt numbers 3955 and 3956. The commission voted to approve the extension of season dates for both hunts to include Nov. 11-19, 2015. Those hunters who received permit-tags 15 military and seven other, based on four eligibility categories will be notified by Camp Navajo officials about the commissions decision. The need to manage Camp Navajos growing elk population was the primary factor in approving the extension of season dates. These antlerless hunts are the most effective management tool to control elk numbers on the facility. Because Camp Navajo is an active military installation, hunts are subject to cancellation at any time. For more information about hunting on Camp Navajo, visit https://dema.az.gov/army-national-guard/camp-navajo/garrison-operations/camp-navajo-hunting-information. The commission also voted to renew the existing cooperative agreement with Table Mountain Farms for farming operations associated with the Lower San Pedro River Wildlife Area. The next commission meeting is scheduled for Dec. 4-5 at the Arizona Game and Fish Department, 5000 W. Carefree Highway, Phoenix.

A 4' I got off usery pass while dove hunting it never made a sound as I walk up to it so took his head off with 12 gauge. My fatherinlaw skinned it and I tacked it out on a board to dry. The Cambodian neighbors ate it and said it was good. I came across a green Mohave that was loud as heck from 10 yards a way I let him live as he at least gave a warning from a distance.

I'm a resident and had 3 points and didn't draw 6a muzzy which was my first choice, maybe next year. Enjoy

Saw some sheep near upper canyon lake. It was about noon and they were feeding along a dirt road. Looked like some decent rams but I'm no expert.

They cashed mine within 2 weeks after application deadline. If not drawn will get an Azgfd check in the mail

37A was about the same, probably 10 vehicles in the area where we were. Lots of pig tracks but couldn't find the hooves.
