I would probably mail app Saturday. They can b purchased at regional offices the Monday after the 25th if any remain but they will all b gone through mailed in apps

I'm no expert but I've found it best to wait for a couple 100 degree days to get a decent anchovie bite at night

I used to drive through Monticello about 6 times a week and as edge said mulies every where. About every 300 yards there was roadkill mulies on the side of the road in late summer, and almost every field had deer in them.

Relief, mine just cleared today
