This is the first time I have ever heard of CamoFire. What rock have I been under hiding under? I think I found my new "go to" site first thing in the morning!!!!!

Thanks for the review. I've have been eye balling them as well, online though, since I am currently deployed. I keep hinting to the wife that the Z7 Extreme would be a great surprise to find in my case when I get home!!! I am shooting a Switchback XT right now, which is a great bow and has helped me take a number of animals, but I think its time for a new toy!

I'm looking at the Mathews Z7 Extreme. For arrows I'm shoot the Carbon Express Mayhems.....they hit super hard and are tough as nails

The first coyote I even killed was in PA 15 years ago and it had a white tip like that one.

Awesome Buck!!!!! Love the little bit of trash!!!!!

I really like my Ameristep Bone Collector. The windows open quietly and there are shooting ports in the large windows. It works well enough that I was able to take a couple deer (in VA) this year with my six year old playing her d.s. and eating snacks.

I was just talking about this story wondering how it turned out. Glad to hear that Steve got his bull!!!!

Here are a few pictures of my 4 year old Belgian Malinois Max. The first is us at pre deployment training, Max and the Chicago PD horses (he wanted to play with them), is him relaxing with his favorite toys, and the last is a pooped pup after a long days work sniffing for explosives.

afmalinois replied to Browning'sCustomMeat's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
when you've been gone for 17 of the past 24 months, you spend 12 hours a day on the site, and have already planned a hunt before i got back in the country let alone off the plane yet to kiss the wife and squeeze the kids....its a sickness but they understand so its ok you spend turkey season looking for for bedding areas and places to hang tree stands -
Whats In A Name
afmalinois replied to GameHauler's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
My name is pretty self explanitory....well at least to me, so I'll break it down for everone else. af: is for Air Force; malinois: the best little working dogs around. I am a AF dog handler and I have grown quite fond of malinois. I currently work a German Shepard (but I don't hold that against him....all of the time) and I can't wait to get another mal. Mal's, aka land sharks or maligators, are the hardest working and hardest hitting/biting dogs out there....in my opinion that is. Anyways, sorry for the dog rant but I feel better now. Glad to be a new member of the site! Someone tell the cry baby he only weighs 55 pounds and it only hurts for a minute! -

That is awesome. Be sure to post stories and pics when you get home. I have 11 more years until I retire and my trip to Africa.

I just wanted to say hello as a new member on the forum. I lived in AZ for three years and hunted hard every season. I was fortunate enough to have a good friend that lived in 23N who opened his house to me any time that I wanted to hunt. I drew two elk tags in the three years, 6A cow and a 23 late archery (what a bear of a hunt). I arrowed a good bull the last day that I was able to hunt, tracked him across the state (6 miles) and never found him. I wasn't able to connect on a coues, but that wasn't die to the lack of effort. I sure hope to be able to hunt the grey ghost again in the future, I'm now in Virginia (currently Baghdad...boooooo). This is a great site and I am glad to finally be a member. Keep the pictures and stories coming, they sure help fuel the fire to get home and hunt.
