ultra300mag is correct. I lived near this area for years. Deseret Land and Livestock has a CWMU unit. There are some tags that go on the draw to lucky hunters, and they sell several hunts that are in the 10,000 dollar range. As stated, the Ranch is in Utah, right on the Wyoming border. Several years ago while living in Wyoming, I was lucky enough to have a chance at a huge bull that had come out of the ranch and into Wyoming. I shot and missed the 370 class bull at 600 yards.. Oh to have had the rifle I shoot now, at the time.. I know the employees of the ranch usually pick up the sheds.

Awesome Buck! I'll go with 124 now, and 127 when and if he's killed. -
Prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery Amanda. Hope you're back on your feet very soon. Take care.

Wish we could have been there bro. But some of us have to work for a living... Hopefully you guys left a few for us next week. Should be fun this weekend going scouting for your Desert Bighorn.

That's awesome Bro! We only got hit for 35 bucks. Either Remington's General or CWMU deer tag. Going to be a fun fall. Hopefully we'll be able to help out.

Hi, I've been on the site a few times and seen some of the trophies that some of you have taken.. Great site, and I just want to say, if most or all of you are like member Jeff Harrison, I'm impressed... We met Jeff last weekend while bowhunting.. He was a great person to talk to and gave up some info on where to possibly find a Javelina... My 16 year old son (bowhunter13) and I bowhunted the last week of December and the 2nd week of January in Arizona. We saw many deer and some nice bucks. Although we didn't see any pigs where Jeff mentioned, it was definitely "Piggy" country. We've actually hunted Arizona for Coues for many years, and have been fortunate to take some nice bucks, and a few Javelinas along the way. It was just nice to meet someone from the area that was willing to talk to us even though we were from out of state. It's hunters like Jeff that make the hunting community a great one to be around. Thanks Jeff. ( and by the way, I got a shot at an 80 inch buck later that day, and missed.............LOL).. But what a great time.. I did manage to score on a 20 year quest for me, by taking a mature Coati Mundi.. I got obsessed with them 20 years ago on my first hunt in Arizona, and have been trying to harvest one ever since.. This time the planets must have all been aligned.. LOL.... I know for most of you on here that live in Arizona, a Coati isn't a big deal, but they aren't in our area, and no one here has one, so I'm exstatic with my first... The Coues' pic is the buck I shot in Mexico in December. What a great hunt. He grossed 105, and is my biggest Coues to date.. I couldn't be happier.. Mark.

My son Remington (Bowhunter13) and I also got a chance to meet Amanda and Jim at the show with Utra 300. Great booth guys and some more than impressive mounts.. There will be some CouesWhitetail stickers showing up on Utah vehicles now..

WOW!!! What a buck.. Congratulations guys... Awesome buck and great story.

Hey there Brother, good to see you on here as well.. LOL. We both lucked out and made the 100 club this year huh? What a fun trip that was. And about the Coati,,, remember your quote? "What are the odds Dude of seeing another Coati, you've already seen 3 this year, and think of all of the times we've been there and not seen them.." LOL.. Thanks, I think you helped me look harder.. LOLOL.... Later Bro.

Those are a couple of great bucks Kevin. Congrats.

Congrats to your wife, you can't beat time in the hills with family.

jwhunter, I lived in Wyoming for 15 years and hunted Antelope many times while there... You won't have any problem finding antelope in just about any unit, but as stated some units have a lot more private than others. PM me if you want and I'll give you some info. Most areas take max points to draw, but there are some with alot of private ground that you could hunt every year with permission. My son and I drew last year with max points and bowhunted the area, and killed 2 Pope and Young bucks. Probably one of the funnest hunts you'll go on. If you miss, there's usually another one down the road a ways... Good luck.

Sweet buck Allan.. We too shoot the Barnes X and have had great performance with them. Congrats

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. And sorry Jeff, I told you I wasn't good with names. Henderson instead of Harrison.. LOL.. We did have a great year in 09. I'm fortunate to have full custody of my son, It's just been he and I for the last 12 years, so we've been very lucky to hunt many things together.. It doesn't get any better than that. We live in Utah Amanda, and have made many trips to Arizona hunting over the years. I must compliment you on your website, it's a great site. Keep it up. Thanks again, and Jeff we'll stay in touch. We're putting Remington in for the Juniors hunt in the fall, so hopefully he'll draw and we'll be back down. I've still got an unfilled archery tag, so maybe I'll get down there in August.. Oh ya, I am getting the Coati done in a full body mount. should look great, can't wait.

Hi, I know I'm new on here, but I purchased a pair of the Swaro 15's several years ago, and I won't go anywhere without them.. I wear glasses, and I've tried looking through spotting scopes and nothing is ever clear for me. The 15's bring in everything I want to see very clear, and if they are too far to tell exactly what size they are down to the inch for the 15's, chances are you can get a lot closer to see exactly what they are.. Just my two cents worth, but if you're like me, coming up with the money for both isn't easy... For me, the 15's are the way to go if you can afford only one....
