looks to have some good mass....good......well everything looks good. Shoot no questions asked, you can always put a tape on him later.
-
I believe so, but i also thought a lot of mulies hit the dirt.
-
yup a lot of deer hit the dirt in December. Should be mandatory for everyone to submit the questionnaire. Or face a 3 year no draw list, can not build bonus points, and lose all your points.

Covert II Question - Need it to take bigger cards
200"mulie replied to Coach's topic in Trail Cameras
If you got $800-900 i would... but people stealing them would be very hard to take haha Everytime I see Stealing in the same sentence as Trailcam I get camera anxiety and need to go get mine. There's a pill for that Haha no need for Pharmaceuticals, they will be rescued today. Very nice, can't wait to hear what you got besides the usual dancing trees. -
What clothing do you wear in blind during august?

Haha i would be up there with you mulie if the forest roads were a little more softer on my Jetta Tdi (hunting rig is getting worked on). Should get that thing lifted and put heavy duty tires on that thing. -

Covert II Question - Need it to take bigger cards

But with what i know with cameras that say they take up to 2gb, 4gb cards. Test it at the house first to see if the camera will not freeze/freak out and actually function. My stealth cam said it would take up to 8gb, but stuck a 16gb card in it. Worked couple times and didnt function one time. -

no tot take away from the thread about the covert. But i am thinking about buying simmons whitetail trail camera. Probably the 6mp camera it holds up to 32gb card. 4 AA batteries to last 6 months+. I hope to buy it tomorrow and put it out in the field very soon to test. -
It was a great unit for whitetail and mule deer back when i was 12. 13 years ago, i'm sure there are still plenty of coues up there and some mulies.

Nikon for the price is a really good deal. I have bino's and spotting scope from them and couldn't be happier. Soon to get a rifle scope. The only difference betwwen my buddies swaro bino and my nikon action bino is only and sunset his is just lets in a tiny bit more light. But the prices difference i would stick with Nikon

i leave mine up to about the end of July. Then i would pull them till after early archery deer is done if my cam was in the southern part of the state. After the archery hunt i would put them back out to see if bucks are still around, been pushed out, etc. Good luck
