Its pretty hard to send pictures on a landline or a little more difficult to send a mass email. It seems like we heard about giant bulls months or years after they were killed unless they were in the newspaper. I know you are pot stirring but come on, social media makes it easy to all the big bulls in one spot.

Before social media we usually had a few in each unit, and those were the ones we knew about...it seems like quite a few this year but in all seriousness I doubt it is better than say 2006 or late 90s but I'm not sure. Very difficult to compare. All i know it was a pretty good year for 3c and it was behind most of the best units.

I have seen 3 or 4 of them in the 3c area over the last decade. My dad tells of a story of tackling a blind bull that ran into a water catchment fence and subsequently almost gored him to death.

Depends on how much time...if you have the time do archery. Rifle if you just want to kill something or have that opportunity at a big one in a minimal time frame

After 5 days scouting and 8 days of hunting I don't think I'll be able to make it back. Saw lots of good bucks. 2 giants and passed up shots on over 40 bucks under 50 yards..mostly young bucks but 1 solid 160 class at 20 yards. Blew opportunities at big bucks multiple times, but no shots at them... General hunt pressure is insane and I never could get it done on one of the big bucks. Sorry about the quality of pictures.
