i agree road hunting shouldnt be done but it,ll always be out there no josh you didnt promote road hunting but u made a valuable point that if u do something nice 100+ what are u gonna do

thats my point josh if somebody sees a world class buck sitting on the side of the road what do you do yell at it let it get scared then go chase it me im gonna let one fly but theres a time and a place 6yrs ago i was hunting 23 near young and we ran across a real nice 3*3 mule about 100yards off the road upon further inspection it was a fake dear used by game and fish that was a nefty get up

im not worked up i just think its funny when people act like they never road hunted. thats true they,ll always be there and yes glassing makes one heck of a difference. but not everybody has picked up this art. more roads need to be closed so hunters can learn how to be hunters hunting is an art thats something we need to teach are kids start them young and theyll learn the right way. areas with good deer population are usually those areas were there are least amount of roads thats why road hunters are usually unsuccesful thatas a very valid point thanks ernesto

what is considerd pursuing im a police officer 10yrs and we consider pursuing chaseing after driving around in the hills looking wouldnt fall under this catagorie know if your chasing then i completly understand this law

ive hunted with some well known guides and there way of hunting is drive to a nearby peak climb the peak then glass the peak if the deers to far they jump back in there trucks and try to find a nearby road that was closer would that be using your vehicle to take a game animal sounds like it if not then this would be the same as driving around looking for a deer

i guess im just a nice guy!! i saw that they rent binos thats cool always wanted to try the swaros with out asking a freind and yes that wall tent in the classified is a little to high. i also here it takes forever to set up a wall tent any one know

any 1 know were you can rent wall tents got an elk bull hunt in 6a november

you guys are crazy if you see a 100+ whitetail off the side of the dirt road your gonna just drive by it wow!!! its illegal to use a vehicle in any manner of taking a big game animal and no you cant shot across any maintained road but i think road hunting is okay if its done right like my father who is 72 and still loves to hunt but im not gonna let him try to walk the terrain that some of us young bucks do

quads are great to get from point a to point b not every hunter knows were your at. maybe they were tryin to get somewere they wanted to hunt you cant tell me you never seen a nice buck off the side of the road and then pursued it. my best whitetail was shot near a road. if you plan on hunting plan on more run ins with quads a people in general. a standing deer is fair game if know one else is visible
