Was out Wednesday and got into a nice 4x4 with 5 does. Then saw a forky working a single doe hard. Then saw a big 3x3 and 5x4 all alone. Went to the same exact spot today and saw 3 big groups of 10+ does with no bucks in sight. Not sure were they could of gone

Was down south again today and saw nothing but does all alone 😳😳😳😳 maybe I shot the only buck in that area last year 😄😄

Been out the last 2 days and have seen zero rutting activity in southern AZ

I just ordered a new string for my Z7 about a month ago. I just did the normal Zebra string that comes on them when they are brand new i just chose different colors.

In some places you can wade it just watch for sink holes. I don,t hunt it at all anymore but have a few clients that do and they have said go during the week not as bad.. and one only hunts the evening he sets up at 330 4 pm and hunts till dark and sounds like he doing pretty good. have fun and good luck Thanks I went out last week and its draining fast. Went out on a Wednesday morning and it was me and 3 other guys out there shooting at birds a mile high. Had about 8 ducks come in that was all. It's better then nothing I guess.

After 5 years of bowhunting i finally stuck one !! This makes up for my miss on my archery elk hunt this year! This is my 1st deer with a bow! Its going to be a tough one to beat but im determined to beat it! Story to come!

Ya I hunted picacho 2 years ago... Just a bunch of idiots out there. I'm off tomorrow though and have nothig else to do so I might drive out there and check it out. Does anyone know how deep it is? Can I wade across it?

Seeing all these bucks being killed is making me impatient! I cannot wait for December to role around and see those big mullies rutting. Bow is ready just waiting....44 days away seems so far :wacko: . Anyone else counting down the days?
