Wasn't in 35 yesterday but did see a nice 3x3 with a few does last night hanging out together... And saw a monster 4x4 mulley with 4 does last week. I guess they will be anywhere with anything haha. Keep faith and keep looking

Elk arnt going to be off the road this time of year. When I was in 27 two weeks ago I didn't see one off the road or hear a bugle off the road. I had to hike my butt off to hear/and see the elk. It makes sense with all The idiots up there already calling.

My bird dog (Lab) is a good thing not to forget. Shes one heck of a dog. Make sure you bring enough shells.... it sucks to run out with birds flying. I suck with a shotgun so i need a case to get my limit

My brother bought the 1st one Bull Basin got in when they came out. ( he was pumped to be the 1st on in tucson with it lol) he loves it! my dad just got the creed tactical 3 weeks ago and needless to say.... they are bad a** bows! ill stick with my trusty Z7 though for a few more years.

I was in 27 opening weekend of archery deer and on the ridge i was glassing 3 bulls were going nuts.... hopefully this year will be good.

No pics of the deer where you guys killed them out in the field?? Congrats on some sweet bucks though!

Public land is public land. No one has their "own" deer. Not sure why people get so mad if other hunters help out other hunters. If you want your "own" deer and spot.... I suggest you win the lotto and buy your own ranch.

If your size is in a Toyo MT.... I highly recommend it. I've had mine on my tacoma for 2 years now and still have about 50% Tread and I use the heck out of my truck. Gotta love lite trucks! If you don't wan a mud terrain id go with nitto. BFG's are too soft IMO

I should of quoted it better. It's mostly small bulls that are going to be satellite bulls in a few weeks with cows. The big boys are still yet to come out...... But they will soon 😎

Tons on rain, tons of new growth, weather is getting cold, bulls are chasing cows already, bulls are bugling throughout the day. Saw a lot of good activity these last few days.

Just got home today from unit 27..... Lets just say the rut is going to be amazing this year. Hurry up September 13th

My dad got this hen yesterday in unit 27.... Not this biggest but its going to be great eating and with a bow is a good accomplishment. Just got back to Tucson today. Our 1st day in 27 (saturday) turkeys were gobbling everywhere it was crazy.

Over the past few years my dad and I have taken these bucks in the same unit all about 4 miles apart. They have all been archery in December. I'm hoping to add a velvet one to the wall soon!

I am addicted now! There is no better feeling than flipping through pics and then seeing a buck!! It was a bonus to get the mtn lion! Good luck to you!

Hahah I think I'm just a little blessed and REALLY lucky. But to me I can almost bet every year that they will be in this certaon mile square. I move extremely slow and glass the mesquites in front of me until I catch movement and then it's game on. I usually will always try and get the wind in my favor and let them work right to me. I would much rather spot n stalk lol.

We do a little spot n stalk but we mostly still hunt cause it's pretty hard to get up high and glass where we hunt. My next goal is to really get a nice coues with my bow. I missed one last year hanging out in mule deer country a to this day it still haunts me.
