This was ua' s year, sorry!!! The "DEVIL'S" are a young team. They played ok last night, I've seen them play alot bettet. UA better enjoy what you had this year because next year its all about the DEVILS!!!!!!!!!!!! Can we count on zendejas for one more year??

My friend Adrian and his son Reyes were drawn for the any antlered Jr. deer hunt. Friday morning, they were glassing the flats in hopes of spotting a muley buck. We glassed all day and found nothing but flat heads. Saturday, they glassed several locations with no luck. Sunday morning I got a text from Adrian, it read, "Boooyaahhh! Good Morning 7:00 am Buck!!!!" When I arrived to help, the smile on Reyes's face told the entire story. They had been sitting on a ridge line glassing for about 15 minutes, when Adrian moved to pan a diifferent location he noticed a white rump below 20 yards away. The buck was feeding below them and didn't know they were there. Adrain whispered to Reyes, "Get your rifle slowly." The buck kept feeding away; Reyes raised his rifle and took a whopping 75 yard shot. I couldn't tell who was more excited. The grand finale came when we got to the top of the hill; I asked Reyes if I could take a picture of him and his trophy on my jeep with the cwt.com sticker in the background and post it to the forum. His eyes lit up! Here it is Reyes!!! Congratulations, we're so proud of you!

Arrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Went out Friday morning, in the blind by 5 a.m. The weather was perfect there was a light rain till 6 a.m. Then i heard a couple quads coming up one of the forest roads, no biggie right?? Yeah, as my luck would have it these gentlemen decided as the sun came up to do a little skeet shootin'!!!! They were about 400 yds from me; I thought they would leave once the sun started beating down on them, heck no! That's just my luck! Oh well, I still have one more weekend and a rifle tag; I guess I can't complain, that much...

Got a rifle tag, But if i can arrow a 3pt. in velvet i'll be DONE!!!

No!! Sat my blind opening day and had nothing but does and a spike come in.Went back out sunday and within 30 minutes of getting set up i had a herd of does come in. Also had a 2 pt walk 3yards in front of my blind. I could have touched him he was so close.Ill be back out this weekend looking for a 3ptr...

Lucky to have your camera is right!! Two years ago i had a camera out in the flats looking at some muleys, checked my camera after three weeks and someone opened my camera took the sd card home and photoshoped a cow elk in some of my pics!!! left the camera alone who knows what pics they deleted. After that i made bear boxes..
