If you have full cell phone service, why not? If it were me, I would do it so long as I could have a vehicle close by in case her water breaks while in the field. With a planned c section, doesn't;t sound like that is a worry though. If she is game, non reason not to.

Ok, so I didn't shoot a deer. But for me it was a great hunt. I introduced TWO new hunters to our great sport of whitetail hunting this year. Failed miserably with showing them how to get it done, but the hunt was about being with family hunting, not necessarily the kill. Spent the first couple of days with my friend Matt who got his first hunting license this year. Had a great time, but only saw one running buck. No shot. Lots of doe. Spent the rest of the hunt with my 3 year old. Yes, my 3 year old. Alone, without mom to help. Oh...and witnessed a lion kill a deer. Pretty uneventful hunt. Lol My "trophy" pics: Ready to go: Almost got it: Done. Just....done. The "fire ring buck dance" didn't work Elk steak reward...

Its only the coastal cities that have mental issues. Over the mountain where people work and all the food is grown, they voted Republican.

Holy crap you guys are heavy. These are day packs? as in ONE day, no sleeping? For elk I carry no optics(don't need to see them, only need to hear them), food, water, bow and calls.15 lbs max including bow. Dear I am heavier with optics, but still about 25ish.
