Awesome. I would hunt with that kid any day.

Try one of those spinning rigs with the trigger. Works real good for kids

I miss my cruiser. Best vehicle ever. Don't miss the ex that took it though.....

Props to you for sacrificing for your kid. Double props as it is for volleyball. Great glass for anyone who has not looked through them.

I lost 5 lbs this past weekend on the flu diet. I don't recommend it though. Props to you guys and your willingness to get/stay fit.

110" at least. Brow tines are a little weak though.

I know there is a ton of discussion about brand, but I cannot decide between 60 vs 85. For those who have both or have switched from one to the other, what say you? I know about the obvious advantages (weight vs light transmission), but what about real world use? Very curious about your empirical experiences with them. I have swaro 15s already, but just trying to decide if I NEED an 85 or if a 60 will be enough of an improvement over the 15s to validate carrying it. AND if a 85 will be THAT much better than a 60 to validate carrying it.

I used to love dove hunting. I have a difficult time getting excited about it though since we started "pest elimination" at a local dairy.

My mother is going through chemo and needs a wheelchair for those "tired" days. Anybody got one of those portable ones sitting around that we can borrow?

I don't think anyone else stated Bear Mountain is the best in town. IMO they are the worst shop in town and it is sad. They USED to be good.

Thats what it looks like at my house on Halloween when the kids come home from trick or treating....

Thank you all for the well wishes and offers to help. duxngeez hooked us up with a chair. My Mother (and the rest of us) are very grateful. Can never say enough good things about the people here on CWT.

Looking at SLR's
AzDiamondHeat replied to azcouesandelk's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
My wife also has the d3300 and really likes it. For a non full frame it does really well. Smaller and light weight and takes good pictures indoor and out. Struggles a LITTLE with low light due to crop frame, but barely noticeable. Also has the Tamron 150-600 (as Rabbit mentioned above) and uses it for wildlife. Overall a great setup for an entry-mid dslr. Doesn't break the budget and won't be a tragedy if banged around a bit. If you need more speed or better low light, go with a full frame. Unless you are "pro", you will be hard pressed to see the difference in the pictures though.
