With my son drawing his first tag I need to et him his hunters ed done. Any tips on how to get a youth through it in time? DM with info if it shouldn't be publicly posted....

Thanks to all! We got his online test done. AZGFD said if online is done by tonight the field day is deferred for one year. We have time now to get on a list.

my card got hit for 7 different charges today not ONE of them from azgfd. this draw sucks

i still have nothing but i dont care. my 10 yr old got his first tag 22 youth. first try. nothing else matters to me.

now one of my friends says his charge from this morning is now gone from his card. I dont think the draw ever happened. It was just a glitch in the matrix. They'll reboot and do it all again later.

I'm calling shenanigans. My group has 7 people that put in for a historically 98% draw hunt. In 10 years we have been 100% successful with as many as 12 tags in camp. NOBODY has ever missed a tag on this hunt. So far ZERO of us have a card hit. Possible? yes. Statistically improbable though. I don't think it is over. Either that or ALL of us have the same bank and is just really slow to report (never been so before)

Definitely not over. I have 3 bison points so for sure I should be getting a tag.

Ok...so this just got REALLY weird.. They live in our neighborhood and a family friends. I am a little embarrassed for not helping more.

I've been known to irritate every now and then....

I have arca plates on everything. All my binos, spotters, rangefinder, rifles, cameras...everything. My monopods, bipods, tripods, all have arca clamps. So easy to go from one thing to the next without having to fiddle with attachments. So many arca options available there is a plate that fits just about anything. You can even put binos and a camera on them at the same time. Like Savagemen said, it is a no-brainer.

i like the mini2 personally. i like having separate gps, phone etc. the mini syncs with your phone for easy texting etc. weighs nothing and has a long battery life. have thought about upgrading to the all in one but just cant get myself to do it. mine is primarily for emergencies but i do use it for simple communications as well. and messages between other inreach users are free.

I drew the exact same thing in NM that I got in Az. I am on a role.

Official day is the 26th but historically it has been about a week before. SO should be any day now for disappointment.
