I have not had it happen yet. I also wear glasses when priming my cases JUST IN CASE. Pretty much anytime I am messing with primers I have my safety glasses on.

There is a Dr in Gilbert who is actually an "expert"(wrote books etc...blah blah) on this. I went to him many years ago as I too suffered horribly with it. Ice and TENS unit for pain/inflammation and stretching for prevention/cure. These are some of the stretches he recommended. They work. Depends on your desired use. I have several of the luminaid lights and they are outstanding for tent or close quarter use. I also have several of those cneap chinese pop up led lanterns and they have been really good.
