Tell us something we don't know. Nobody said anything about it being a Big Deal. Carry On Newb.

There used to be a shop on Baseline by Mesa Drive. I had them re-arch and add a leaf on the fron of my F250.

I have a customer that does a few big mechanical projects every few years and did a Contractor Appreciation Day a few years ago. The new Construction PM ordered a bunch of Pizzas from them. I really like the no gluten pizza and they also had a few with anchovies. I went to one by Bass Pro before it closed and took my two sisters while they were in town and ordered a pizza for myself. When it came out they cut it up in squares like browines. I chewed a little butt and sent it back and had them remake it and cut it into proper slices like a napoletana pizza should be. I'm ok with square pizza but it has to be Sicilian style. I had a great one in the mid 80's in Tucson, Ray's? It actually was a wheat crust but was light and crunchy like a Sicilian pie I grew up with.

No bullet holes, must be close to town.

They do make a good pizza. The only thing I don't like about is the waiting.
-
How do either of those compare to Smartwool? That's all I ever buy.

DeFalco's in Scottsdale. Toci Pizza of Brooklyn on 51st and Peoria. Both places have cannoli and anchovie's.

Someone give him more. That price is too low.

Sounds like you were blessed to have a great dad.

I've never heard of anyone being cited for that.

Mid 30's just north of Saguaro Lake off Cottonwood Creek. Drove in off of Four Peaks Rd down to where an old ranch used to be and slept in the bed of my truck. Got up in the morning and walked the wash toward the lake and about 200 yards in I came around a bend and there stood two spikes sparing. As I reached for my Contender they stopped and looked at me so I pulled up my 06 and shot one at about 75'. They both ran over the bank of the wash and disappeared. I followed and found blood and tracked it a short way and it came back across the wash twice and about 50 yards down the wash it died. I had some rope in my pack so I dragged it over to a Palo Verde and was able to get it somewhat upright enough to gut it. I managed to throw him up across my shoulders and hiked back to the truck and with my free hand dropped the tailgate on the old 72 2WD Chevy Truck and plopped him down in the bed. A hour later I was home and while the wife was at work I butchered it up on the kitchen table. This was maybe 1984 or 85. I had bought the rifle new at Walk-In Auto in Tempe for $269. It was a Winchester Featherweight and kicked like a mule and gave it to one of my brothers a few years later complete with Tasco scope. The Contender had a 10" octagon 44 barrel with a 1.5X Thompson Scope I bought from a friend for $100. It was an early production model with a mid 13K serial number. Later I put a 14" 223 barrel on it and Dave Van Horn tightened up the frame with an aftermarket pin. You could cover the groups with a dime. H322 was the most accurate powder and at the time was $4.99 from Pistol Parlour in Mesa and marked as Mil Surplus. The contender was sold around 1989 or 90 to fund an XP-100.

Wimmen! Some (or their mothers) want every detail perfect. It's an honor, or curse, to be part of the wedding party. Good Luck finding some boots. Ariat has free returns if you order off their website. -
The MV velocity differences of even 150fps won't mean didly squat at 300 or 800 yards as far as energy goes. More is always better but,,, pick a bullet that will expand and understand what it will do at those ranges. Shoot some rounds into wet newspaper at those ranges. Load for accuracy first after you decide on a bullet.

Maybe just rent them for your hunt.

Case stuck in chamber- Help!!
PRDATR replied to bowhunter-tw's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
DId you get the round out and now there is just the top half of the case in there? If you have a .17 or .22 cleaninf rod run it through teh case from the chamber and then put a 22 cal bronze brush on it and pull it back. Was it a reload? 223's will separate about 5/8" up from the head after the case has been resized 6-8 times. -

Even the EW's aren't real wide. Nice LW boot with almost no break in. -
Start at Peppersauce and go south. Hike in a bit to get away from the road, then glass.

Paid more for mine. I'm guessin this day of $30K ATV's and $100K trucks people don't tent it anymore.

RSD. They have offices all over but I'm not sure is they do retail. If you go to one and they have the part and won't do retail let me know and I'll put it on my account and you can pay me cash.
