Not much different than an African Photo Safari.

Contact Doug @ Camerland NY. I have bought scopes from him and he is great to work with. They sometimes have new open box demo models with full warranty at a discounted price. Family operated business that has been around for decades. He posts in the CWT Optics section almost daily.

Anyone want to foster/adopt a Dane puppy?
PRDATR replied to firstcoueswas80's topic in Classified Ads
They are really good dogs. -
A very old cartridge that has been around a long time based on the 22 Hornet with the shoulder blown out.

It's also a dove magnet. The 6.0 makes lots of HP.

Do you want to know what color underwear they were wearing too and a picture of their first born? LOL

I don't think the 60fps MV or so difference will matter much in a hunting rifle between the two barrel length's as much as it might if it were an AI.

20+ years ago a very young hunter shot a fawn buck instead of the spike it was with. It was gutted and taken to G&F. They took pictures to use in Hunter Ed classes and that was it. Each case is different.

Photo of Your Very First Coues

Great fist buck. Looks similar to my first Coues I shot in 29. -
I have never felt handicapped using KOWA. I had a full sized but sold it during hard times years ago to a guy on here who was goingto use it to spot shots in black powder silhouette. Lots of great options out there. Kowa, Meotpa, Zeiss etc. The biggest thing is to know what to look for and then realize it when you find it. I don't hunt with many people but the two best glassesr I have been around are Big Browns AKA Adam Young and Ernesto Cibrian. I think these two could spot a buck through a coke bottle.

Bill who did the mount? It looks great. -
This is a great price.

They do quality work. I had them install a very big shade screen over a mechanical equipment yard a few years ago at a customers site.

That's good to hear Dan. Maybe enough will make it to the lake.

That's a good thing. No rain by me except a few drops on friday. I did some food shopping this morning and there was standing water from rain last night about two miles east of me.

"They" have been out of control for almost a decade.

OK. So for run and gun competition.
-
I don't have one but I manage to put my tent and all my gear in the back seat of my crewcab sans coolers, firewood and a propane bottle.

What is that side lever for? It looks goofy. Sorta reminds me of my Webley.

Question on ABU Ambassaduer reel and Garcia Rod
PRDATR replied to tanclan4's topic in Classified Ads
The brake should be the knob on the opposite side of the handle. Put about a 1/2 weight on the line, put it in free spool and adjust the brake so the weight stops falling. That should take care of 90% of backlash. Cast it a half dozen times to get the feel for it then back it off a tiny bit and cast it a few more time and you will get more distance. Just repeat that until you can cast farther without any backlash. Watch the weight and when it hits the water stop the spool with your thumb. Cast with the wind at your back. If you have to cast into the wind tighten the brake. -
Bullets are out there but loaded ammo is impossible to find. I've been looking for a while for loaded ammo. HSM with Bergers are out there but they are explosive on game.

That S30v is sweet. I did a custom 110 with stag sides for my son for his 30th and had it personalized. I think I'll do a custom 113 to give to my guide this year on my elk hunt.
