The "System" has been getting abused for decades. Parents and grandparents who never intend to hunt putting in just to accumulate points then turning over the tag to a kid. People feigning injuries so they can get a crossbow permit. If you can't pull a bow back anymore then rifle hunt or take up fishing.

Love the 1320. I had a few Chargers back in the early 70's. MY buddy had a 69 Camaro but it was just a 396/325, M22 and no power steering. Still it would spin the tires through all four gears and tend to change lanes in third gear. A coworker whose dad had deep pockets had a street legal 69 Camaro with a 454, dual quads, tunnel ram that ran 10's and was his daily driver. Happy to say I never lost a race or was beat out of the hole, or red lighted. Started going to races in the mid 60's and was there the day Shirly Muldowney was walked through the pits by Don Garlits and "coerced" a few racers to sign her license application for top fuel. I took a few pictures with my old camera using Kodak 110 and had a nice scrapbook. Gave it to a buddy when I left NY. Back then a Pit Pass was like $6.

Where are you located?

Nice. Ever take it down the ole 1320?
-
Great price.
-
How much are you looking to get for it?
-
Great vehicle. Will it pass emissions that way it sits?
-
Weight? How many yards was that target?

Last year I hired a guide for a rifle Elk hunt. First time for me. Reason was I was tired of being a solo hunter when I killed an Elk. I needed help with the pack out. My guides were young enough to be my grandkids.

Black preferred 6-8 week female.

I'd be all over that if it had nicer wood. Great guns. GLWS.

Technology is here to stay. But there will probably always be an alternative but people will pick and choose based on the difficulty. Age really has very little to do with it. It's more about whether you are exposed to technology. I know plenty of techies who were building computers in the 80's when most of the people on here parents were in grade school. Seeing all this hulabaloo about AI is comical. It has been going on for close to 30 years. If you know you know.

I was referring to the paper tag.

So what is the penalty for shooting an animal and not tagging it because a gust of wind blew it out of your hands, into a river in the bottom of a canyon at last light when you took it out of your pack?

Tools for off-roading / repairs - what do you carry
PRDATR replied to n2horns's topic in The Campfire
Fire Extringuisher. Two large cans of tire flat fix, replace them every other year. Two Spares. A Craftsman Tool KIt that fits behind the rear seat. It has all teh common SAE and Metric stuff. A Bottle Jack. A 20' tow strap. A spare Camshaft Sensor. Some wrenches and screwdrivers. Some snacks, few bottles of water and a blanket. Tire air pump. Buy new tires every 30K. Buy the best batteries every 5 years and only buy AGM's. Spare serpentine belt. Change oil every year, usually 3-5K. Recondition the air filter every 2K or 6 months. Drive the same truck since new back in February of 2000, 322K. Pop the hood and look around at stuff every week or so, with the engine running and off. Change the fluids as needed. -
Thanks for working with me. Much appreciated.
