Has anyone been? My little sister is looking to go in December for her 70th. I'll tag a long to do some fishing. Looking at doing a 10 day trip. Flight I am looking at is direct into Athens non-stop from the east coast. Looks like at least 11 hours so my thought is to pay the higher fare and fly 1st class.

Since when do AZ Turkeys have spurs? All the birds I have killed here and in Sonora were maybe 3/4 of an inch. I think spurs are a myth. LOL

You should have called the Heber Ranger Office. They are getting rain and snow tonight and tomorrow till the afternoon. Roads could be a real mess. Might want to wait a few days and let the road dry out. Could always park the 5th wheel and drive in to hunt.

Some could even get to 80MPH on the highway if the valves were adjusted. Just need to rebuild the top half of the motor every 40K miles.

There was a CWT Member years ago that did that. Mostly lakes IIRC.
