So will the trigger safety go away in lieu of one on the frame?

I have a Howa in 308 and it is plenty accurate. The only thing I'm not a fan of with this model is the two stage trigger. I could tolerate it on a range rifle but not on a hunting rifle.

Same thing every year since I started hunting them in 77. I have seen them hot after it in early September, in some years. Maybe dominant cows affect a few subordinate cows which suppresses their harmones and they don't go into estrus, then. There always seem to be plenty of bugles to chase for the junior cow hunts in October.

Believe it or knot some also use air boats, albeit they can be sketchy and are prone to flipping. You can ask Tom Cruchshank what happens when the rivets let loose on the hull.

We had at least 2" in 20 minutes. Probably 60-70 mph winds. Priest just south of University. 10th Place was a river from curb to curb a foot deep. Blew a 25' yard gate off the tracks and spun it around 15'. Started at 1:05.

Epic hunt. My sone and daughter shot their fir deer on that same hunt over 25 years ago.

I have used them for the last 20 years. $65 a month but I don't live on my phone.

Pretty awesome shooting. I have a older 3.5 and love it. No an i but is nice and light and does what I need.
