"Mooching Kids" really? Is that the best you can come up with, well I hope you never have any kids. Anyway, that's not what this initial post was all about.

In my family I have a nephew who got testicular cancer a few years ago when he was 21. He has been through a lot and has been now cancer free for two+ years. It wasn't a cake walk, lots of chemo etc. He told me that this cancer that Jared has seems to hit kids his age and the cure success rate is almost 100%. 3 out of 3 for the kids he met, still though it is what it is. Four nurses (my 2 sisters and their daughters) also said this too,so with that said, with Mikes permission, maybe we can set up something where we can give back to him and help out with transportation to and fro or whatever anyone can suggest. Just a thought. Chris

Furthest North Youve Seen a Border Crosser?
PRDATR replied to trphyhntr's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Around Portal and also saw sign of them around Red Rock and up and into Picacho back in the Tamerisks by the river. -
eom, go hunt him again. He likes to stick it out in that area, it's home for him.

File a Police Report and put an ad in the local paper. I keep my pack in the bed sometimes but I tie id down or run a bungy through it. Good luck maybe someone found it who will try to get it back to him. I keep a business card in mine and have been thinking of adding a luggage tag too.

I bought a couple of boxes this year in 7mm Rem Mag, 168's I think. I sighted my gun in a year before with some Barnes so this year I put a target out at 200 yards and took two shots from a cold barrel. They were about 3/4" apart so I called it good. Never did see a buck on my hunt though. From what I have read people either love or hate the hybrids for hunting so I'm not sure I would choose them over a straight Berger Hunting bullet, even if I thought I really, really, really needed the higher BC. Especially after some of the stories I have read. Just google them and you'll see what I mean. I don't like any uncertainties when I hunting and I need to have 100% confidence in my equipment.

She has been busy training her replacement and should get it done tonight.
-
Will do, I told her about it this morning and she was pretty interested. I'll check with her in the morning.

Guess it should be a good day tomorrow for me to have my guys finish installing conduit in the Cards locker room for the expansion. I might want to wait for the afternoon though.

Bless You My Son. May all of your hunts this year be short and successful. As for you Bob, that is one reason why we have light switches. Carry On.
-
I don't fish it but from what I understand it was pretty slow this year due to lower flows.

You know Ghostracker 180 it wouldn't be so bad if they would at least post up some cheerleader pictures.

Wow Mike, reading this kinda took my breath away. God bless you and your family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I'll be praying for you guys.

Back in the 80's you could legally take a second deer, at least in Unit 29. But we have a lot more hunters today and populations have crashed.

Yesterday was a great day to be out Christina and I congratulate you for making the most of it. You're turning into quite the little story teller too.

I'll let our front office admin manager know about this. This is what she does now, we do HVAC Controls. She told me on Tuesday she is leaving towards the end of January and she would be perfect for her since this is what she has been doing for the last half dozen years.

Cessna, the one I have is s single sided red one. It weighs about as much as a Highlighter and is about the same size. I usually carry a skinning knife and a drop point KABAR. I had a Havalon but didn't care for it and donated it to another hunting website to give to a youth hunter or just raffle it off.

I have not been there for years been there for years but according to this article the area is going to be part of a land swap that McCain added to the defense spending act which will probably get approved by Thursday. Thoughts? http://m.tucson.com/news/apache-tribe-distressed-by-privatization-of-sacred-land/article_c8f9f32c-80c0-11e4-a781-a7334409bcc3.html?mobile_touch=true

Well hunting in the snow provided it isn't frozen (crunchy) should be OK. It will be wet and the ground unstable and muddy. Just make sure you and yours have warm, waterproof boots.

Didn't think you could use FMJ's.

My nephew's wife posted it was snowing in East Mesa last night. Glad I covered my peppers.

Air quality stinks in Phoenix, always has and I've been here since 77. No reason to have a fireplace that is capable of burning anything other than Gas. I drive the 101 from the East Valley to I-17 every so often. The smoke from fireplaces never gets more than about 50' above the ground. Drive through the Verde Valley or Cottonwood where there is just a cloud of smoke. I would want to breathe that even when I was a smoker and sure would not want my kids breathing it either.
