Anything I should know before buying a trager?

I have a Charbroil gas grill I bought about 10 years ago and grill probably five nights a week. I use El Diablo Mesquite charcoal in my Brinkman R2D2 smoker that I have had since 2005. I almost pulled the trigger on an RT-380 as it would be perfect for me but didn't because it does not have WiFi. -
Unfortunately that does happen. In highly congested areas an animal may take a less than lethal shot and go hundreds of yards while the hunter patiently waits before pursuing it as to not push it. During that time another hunter may encounter it and make the final kill shot and legally tag it. As far as tracking goes I am pretty certain that a hunter cannot track a wounded animal with a dog in AZ. There are about a dozen States where deer can be hunted with dogs and in those cases you can use a dog to track them.

I thought that maybe you were driving and then I saw you said it was spoken for. Let me know when you are back in Mesa.

I left you a voicemail at 11:30 yesterday morning but never heard back from you.

I must have had Elk on the brain.
-
That's too bad. How far was the gut pile from where he encountered the other hunter?
-
There are Elk all throughout the Unit and NOW would be an ideal time to go out and scout and talk to other hunters. The Organization who gave you the tag should have members who can assist, have you reached out to them?
-
Not likely but the internet has been flipping out about it for days. Most people know they show up from time to time so it's nothing new.
-
Nice write up and congrats on the rewards of a difficult hunt.

The 9.3 also has a following in Alaska.

I have only used Fenix flashlights and headlamps for the last 15 years for both work and outdoors. Great company, products and customer support. This is the one I currently have. https://www.fenixlighting.com/products/fenix-hm60r-rechargeable-headlamp https://www.fenixlighting.com/collections/headlamps

Check out Green Mountain. A friend has one and he has done a turkey and wings on it and it has all the bells and whistles like a Traeger. -
Pretty Rifle.
