If I had to pick a manufacturer for a factory rifle out of the box accuracy on a working mans salary it would probably be the ugly step-sister Savage even with that god aweful uglyarse trigger.

Had a T3 Lite in 308 I liked and my son has a M695 that is extremely accurate which I actually like over the T3 Series.

Glad it didn't escalate. While it is public land there are some people out there who hunt and don't have respect or the common decency to back out. I had a hubby/wife up in 12B a few years walk up to my son and I in the late afternoon while we were set up sitting under some trees watching a tank. They motioned to us and walked back out. A couple of hours later as the sun set we got up and headed out for the mile or so walk back to the tent. We went about 20 yards and there the two of them were, had been sitting there the whole time, dickmove.

You would think. But,, there have been the typical posts over the last year of lost bows, packs, binos etc. Like I used to say, Anythings possible that's not impossible and anything that's possible is not impossible.

There have been a few posts on FB about one up near Sunset Point seen on the side of the road yesterday afternoon. Must have fallen off a vehicle in transport.
