I had a few elk done years ago from either Caseys or Rhondas or both and they would load up a Uhaul and deliver to Phoenix and then to Tucson. No extra charge. I usually met them at Sportsmans.

I've never had a problem at those temps in my truck and have had it since 2000. The biggest problem you may have is weak glow plugs. Put some Power Service Diesel Fuel Treatment (White Bottle) in and you'll be fine. I add the Gray Bottle to every tank. You can get it at Walmart (cheapest) or any autoparts store. Lack of maintenance is a diesel engines biggest enemy. If your like me I take my truck far offroad so I try to carry a spare of everything and only buy OEM or the best of everything. I only drive it once a week or so since I have a company vehicle but it purrs like a kitten and has 326K on it. Good Luck on your hunt.
