Amazing shooter, even with his knees. I think he was shooting a chin gun the year I went. Agree, he is very personable.

Did he ever do his own reloading. I know when I talked to him years ago at the Nationals in Raton he had a guy who did all his reloading.

Freaking awesome video -
I didn't know I have to remove the decoupler under the turret to adjust the elevation to sight it in and then set the zero stop. ALYUAZ sent me a link.

Got it figured out.

Chris at the Mesa store has treated me well. Fellow hunter too.

Certainly a dissapointment but it does happen and there are usually leftovers, although you may need to drive to Kaibab. Take a HUnter Safety couese and get a permanent bonus point. Put in three consecutive draws for turkey and get a species point. I believe there are also Spring OTC Turkeys tags too. Good Luck and Welcome

Very nice, congrats and well done. Welcome.

My son won a RMEF Youth 700 in 243 about 15 years ago when I took him to the youth camp at Morman lake. He is now 28 and 6'2 but still likes to tote it around. I'm sure he wouldn't mine if she borrowed it for her hunt if you don't come up with one. It's light and accurate.

Heck of a read, I can see both sides. Still not sure where I'll end up but looking forward to getting out and having four days off of work. -

Every unit has it's challenges. I was going to head out in the morning to scout but my truck had other plans. Still plan to go on sunday and get in as much scouting I can before heading back down on thursday. Better than no tag. -
Love finding old stuff. I have found remnants of foundations and old dishes. Also found old cables and train tracks.

Finally up

Still waiting for mine to update but my son and I drew turkey and I drew a pig tag.

In the 90's I would run across the same female every year down in 29. -
What would be the velocities of those two say at 500 and 750 yards?
-
Coyote season is upon us. I have two of these and unlike most other AR's this will fire everything out there from the good stuff to steel case Tula.

That stinks. What did you do to get out? -
There are roadless areas where you can hike your tail off, thank god.

I'm interested in the 243. Can you PM me the info?

I am looking to get my son a scope for his birthday with a $300 budget that will be mostly used for Squirrels. The 3x9 that came with it is an el cheapo and doesn't cut it. I have a Leupold 2x7x33 Shotgun/Muzzeloader on my Nylon 66 and it works just fine for me. I think 3x9 is overkill for squirrels since most shots are 40 yards max, more like 15 to 25 yards. What are you using?

I'm in and out of the office most of the time so PM me as to what times are good for you.

I work on 10th Place and will buy coffee and two donuts of your choice for the base. LOL
