Stop drooling. LOL -
I have lived here since 76 and everything west of I-17 was no mans land.

How much does 'canting' your rifle affect accuracy?
PRDATR replied to 308Nut's topic in Long Range Shooting
That post is over four years old. -
Talley Lightweight Rings.

My first response would be elk. I once saw Javi poo that was mostly mesquite beans about the diameter of a soda can off Redington and Cascabel.

Another public servant bought and paid for.

The weather plays a big part of when they can do them. Spring and it's too wet, Summer, no rain too dry so it creates the possibility of a wind gust coming up and spreading it out of control. Fall conditions tend to be just right and it always seems to be during now through late October and into late November which makes it's rough on folks with asthma.

Does that include a sibling?

Yessir, back up again this coming weekend.

WW, I had Compounding Docs Inc in Boca Raton make me capsuls of Scopolamine in 2013. Like the patch it makes your stomach a bit tight and makes your salivary glands go a bit more but it works and faster. You can take it and within 30 minutes or so it takes effect where the patch takes hours. For the same price of a few patches you can get a handful of pills and one lasts most of the day.

lets talk effective distance for caliber/bullet weight
PRDATR replied to Tac's topic in Long Range Shooting
Well I believe the BC plays into it a lot at extreme ranges. I believe the 1000 yd new world record set with a 6mm was a tad over 1" for 5 shots. -
Get a scrip from your FP for scopace patch. Shame they took the pills of the market.

Caliche's first hunt, first shot and first bird!

Those cannoli bites look great. Makes me homesick. -
I ordered a 110 from Bucks Custom Shop last month for my son's birthday last month and it will be here tomorrow. I ordered the S30V blade. I have a Japanese Water Stone, I think it is 5000. Hopefully that will put an edge on it when it gets dull.

I was in 22 scouting (again) for turkey and was on Fire Control Road NF and tow young girls about 16 came down it riding double on a quad, no helmets. Granted they were maybe doing 20mph and keeping the dust down and were probably locals. Then a few hours later I was looking for the road from Tonto Village up to Turkey Ridge (unsuccessfully) and came across a young kid, about 8, driving a Razor by himself. He was real courteous and pulled over both times to let me pass. The kids seemed to be ok and I hoped they have a safe travel. Yesterday morning a little after 5AM I had to pull over on the Beeline just north of the Saguaro Lake turnoff to miss a Wrong Way driver. Who know where he/she got on at. Hopefully not at Payson and there were quite a few people dodging them in front and behind me. I did at least do better scouting than on Saturday up off Hardscrabble with my son as that was a big goose egg, although we did see a WT Spike and a MD doe and heard some bulls. Yesterday I went solo and found one track about 5 days old and some old tracks, maybe a month or more, near Ellison Creek and Pyeatt.

Adam, I have a shell just like the one you show in the first picture that I found up in Unit 10. I also have found some snail shells in the same gray rock that Amanda posted just west of Pinto Mine.

Where in OK? I did some turkey hunting this past spring near Waurika. Had a shot at a hog but missed.

I feel your pain. I can get them sharp but it is hit and miss and at a certain point they only get just so sharp. I had a friend who would get them shaving sharp but he move to Iowa a long time ago.

Used to be extremely popular in the 50's-70's and still is in AK and much of Europe.

I have an ACOG on an AR but I don't use it for predator hunting. If I did it would probably just be for fox. I much prefer my 22-250 and it has a 3x9 on it, they don't run off like they usually do with the 223.

My big game scopes have always worn Butler Creek Covers.
