Go to Cabelas website and read the reviews. They are all pretty good for a low priced binocular.

Most years yes. But every five years or so it ends up like what is going on now. Not Much, and then it just fizzles out, or picks up. But this is an off year. I've been in 6A last weekend and the weekend before and was there before sunlight on a day trip and heard nothing. I was in Pine three weeks ago and heard a couple of bugles. I'll be back up this weekend to turkey hunt too. Good Luck Green Bullet to you and your son. Mine bailed on me yesterday, his loss. I'm taking him to TX on a Hog Hunt in two weeks so he better not bail out on that, little forker. LOL

Hey Explorer did you get any Pike?

'Not a fan of the twisted fluted bolt actions. It's an interesting, but not unexpected, caliber to fill a niche that doesn't exist which hasn't been filled by a plethora of rounds over the years. It's a "Band Wagon" round for inexperienced nimrods looking for nirvana who were intimidated by the Creed.

I have found that if I send them in 2nd Day they work on them faster and ship them back the same way. Much quicker. Just take your chances and ship what you can afford. The gamble of "what if" is 1 in 1000.

Colt suspends production of AR-15 for civilian market
PRDATR replied to Non-Typical Solutions's topic in The Campfire
And "IF" you know what you are doing and get all the parts from a plethora of manufacturers that work together you will end up with a Colt Clone that you can feed anything with Glock reliability, maybe. Never had a FTF, Jam or FTE with a Colt. NEVER. And that includes the whole gambit of commercial ammo but don't take my word for it. I can't chance any of that happening so I chose to go straight to the "Gold Standard" when I made the decision to jump on board and never looked back. I have friends with Smiths, Sigs and a slew of other ones that were less value and they are not 1000% as reliable as a Colt. I just wish they came with a better trigger. -
I like it.

Lot's of people just don't take care of their stuff and toss it in the truck bed or worse in the back of the ATV and don't tether it sometimes driving ten miles or more back to camp, and 90% of people don't put a tag on their stuff or put a business card inside of it to identify who the owner is. Laziness? Just a lack of commonsense? I don't know but I own a Ford Powerstroke and am amazed at the amount of people who spend tens of thousands of dollars on their trucks and think nothing of dropping $1000 on a stereo system or $3K on tires and rims but won't anty up for a decent alarm/theft protections system and then post "Help this truck was stolen from our house, place of work, etc" Let's get these SOB's like it everyone elses problem too.

Back Stage and Pre Concert "Events" were not too hard to get "invited " to or too crash if you brought the "goodies". Definately a different time. On another note I s[ent a lot of time at the Drags and for $2 more you could a Pit Pass and hang out with Big Daddy Don Garlits and all all the other pioneers in the 60's. I was there when Shirley Muldowney got her license as it was shown in the movie Heart Like a Wheel. Good times and memories fo sho.
