There is going to be a shortage for quite a while. quite a while. Companies are ramping up production, locally last week Honeywell said they were looking to hire 500 people. There will continue to be a short supply now that the medical field is begging for more masks but what is the general populace to do. I looked online and orders are showing a Mid May ship date. I listened to a rebroadcast of a conference call of Cardiologists and Nurses from multiple locations recently and at one facility they assign a primary care nurse and a secondary care nurse for a patient and the secondary one stays outside the room to coordinate and another person comes in to do any respritory needs. It sounded like they had a protocol to limit the possible exposure of their staff. I'm sure most places are trying to figure out what works for them. It has to be tough to decide when a patient has reached the point where they run out of effective treatment and can only make them comfortable and hope for the best then focus their attention to other patients.

I hope his faith is strong.

Shouldn't it really be called jarring?

That's not really appropriate.

I have been getting mine cut at Nash's in Tempe for years but even if they were open I wouldn't go. Nash I believe is 87 and still comes in a few hours every day and is a gem of a person so there is no way I would take a chance of bringing it into there. I normally go every 2-3 weeks and it's been 2 months since I have had one so another month or two won't be big deal.

Well, most places are shutdown where folks would normally be. Movies, resturants and it is easier to be out in nature than standing in a line somewhere. Just be glad that we aren't under restrictions like they were in Wuhan where you couldn't even go outside to walk your dog and drones were flying around telling you to go inside. The biggest issue is our hospitals aren't geared to handle the influx of people and the mandate to increase available beds. M95's are 6 weeks out if you order them. Everyone is business as usual until someone they know get's it. I for one hope it blows over soon with two sisters, a SIL, a close friend and a niece who are nurses who are in the thick of it so I hear about daily.

These guys are loosers so we should just shut this down now and not promote them or give them anymore face time.

I hate you. But all things considered Happy Trails and Good Luck.

After the usual hysteria subsides, prices will come back down and people will buy more to shoot, or hold onto for the percieved end of civilization. Prices are up a little but at least we aren't seeing gouging like in 2008.

Sounds like they are coming back for Round 3.

I got an email from an engineer I am working with on a project who I have know for a few years that he is in the hospital with it. I hope he kicks it, he is a good egg with a family and young kids.

I just started standing on my own and walking. If I go out side I wear the boot but not while I'm in the house. I have another doctor visit on the 10th and he said to bring a shoe and they will see how well I can do getting one on. Right now I can only bend it a little so when I walk my foot points off to on side but I'm getting there. I've been kicking myself every day for not wearing my lace up boot that morning when I left camp.

It's been pushed out until the end of April.
